Bryn Mawr College is holding a digital humanities workshop on Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22, in the Benham Gateway Conference Room. All are invited to attend.
The workshop, titled “Traces of Mind Control From Cold War America: Exploring the Challenges of International Digital Humanities Initiatives,” covers the challenges of completing small scale cooperative international digital humanities projects.
On Thursday, keynote speaker Michael O’Malley, associate director of the Center for History and New Media at George Mason University, will present “Direction in International Digital Humanities Initiative-Where Do We Stand Now” to kick off the event.
For more information about the project the workshop scholars were involved with, see the “Traces of Mind Control From Cold War America” website. This event is sponsored by the 1902 Lecture Fund, the Center for International Studies, the Center for Visual Culture, the Department of History, and the Program in Gender and Sexuality Studies.

As I sent the Director and Soleimavis , How could we attend this?? It look like it is being held in Berlin, Germany!! The Congressional Hearings and other action by Senator Wyman, say on the information, it is CLOSED to add myself!!........................no help, again!..I sent the director of the conference, and email to let her know I am interested and can email or call in comments and my story.
Comment by Birgitta Abimbola Heikka on March 11, 2013 at 8:26am Seems like an interesting conference and would work on attending it. An avenue for sharing information and learning and really able to meet with others who have experienced this horrible program (I always thought there must be something very different about me for this to have happened to me).
