Worldwide Campaign to stop the Abuse and Torture of Mind Control/DEWs

The news about certain modifications of the new DSM due shortly to come out in print, contains a topic that entails some fundamental problems, first and foremost of a legal nature:

  1. the suppression of the 'unavoidable' diagnosis of schizofrenia for people that declare 'hearing voices' may exclude these people from receiving professional psychological help,
  2. while on the other hand, changing hearing voices into a more or less 'normal' phenomenon, being 'subjective' in nature, can easily lead to the dismissal of any legal complaint and hence investigation into the possibility that these voices are technologically induced from outside or by way of implanted devices containing microchip sound-transmitters.

Those are problems that will have enormous consequences in the future as to their legal implications, and regarding the public awareness and knowledge about developments -or the prevention thereof- of things as well as regarding these developments themselves, that may deeply affect many facets of life in society and of economic life for not just the 'victims' and the 'perpetrators': because it will affect also the development of the technology involved, of its use and hence its 'industrial production', and the way huge amounts of capital will be invested and flow in one way or another, and it will affect medical and 'therapeutical' science- science that is that really 'cares'- as wel as the technological medical pseudo-science that 'plays' by way of 'experiments', etc...
All this is enough to make one sick, and more than just in a metaphorical sense.

Cool-true

Revolution in science: hearing voices is not an illness.

People who are hearing voices aren't forcibly insane. The new edition of the DSM, DSM V, is clear about that: auditory hallucinations are perfectly normal phenomena in humans. The dean of clinical psychology in Italy, professor at the university of Padova and author of numerous texts on this subject, Alessandro Salvini, comments in the magazine 'Affari': “Psychiatry has always stigmatized these phonomena, declaring them symptoms of psychosis. But from now on, thanks to the new DSM, this will no longer be true: auditory hallucinations, the so called 'voices', exist in a section of the normal population ranging from 8 to 15%.”

Dear Sirs/Madams,

Many normal people have been suffering the abuses and tortures of new high-technologies weapons—voices were transmitted directly into the skull of person from distance by voice to skull technologies.

Victims always were misdiagnosed with Psychotic Disorder by doctors; and government covered such horrible crime. If victims were misdiagnosed, the public would not believe their stories and would not help them too.

I urge GSM look into this serious matters and not misdiagnosing victims.

V2K (voice to skull), in 2002, the Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a technology: Nonleghal weapon which includes

(1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and

(2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports.

Meanwhile, victims who suffered the abuses and tortures of voice to skull technologies also have been suffering the abuses and tortures of mind control technologies.

Mind control technologies are weapons which use drugs, electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and /or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual's sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system.

I had collected many reported articles which introduced 'mind control technologies'. The listing of these articles would not mislead readers; it was a short cut for readers to learn what mind control technologies were.

Auditory hallucinations : Comparing patients and none patients

Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology, Maastricht University, Academic Hospital Maastricht, The Netherlands.

The form and the content of chronic auditory hallucinations were compared in three cohorts, namely patients with schizophrenia, patients with a dissociative disorder, and nonpatient voice-hearers. The form of the hallucinatory experiences was not significantly different between the three groups. The subjects in the nonpatient group, unlike those in the patient groups, perceived their voices as predominantly positive: they were not alarmed or upset by their voices and felt in control of the experience. In most patients, the onset of auditory hallucinations was preceded by either a traumatic event or an event that activated the memory of earlier trauma. The significance of this study is that it presents evidence that the form of the hallucinations experienced by both patient and nonpatient groups is similar, irrespective of diagnosis. Differences between groups were predominantly related to the content, emotional quality, and locus of control of the voices. In this study the disability incurred by hearing voices is associated with (the reactivation of) previous trauma and abuse.

Note from Soleilmavis: The nonpatient voice-hearers are possibly harassing by “V2K” (Voice to skull), even they have not suffered other symptoms from Mind control and Directed Energy weapons torturing and harassment, But they are possibly surveillance with mind reading technologies. And they don’t know they are under mind control and electromagnetic weapons torturing and harassing yet.

Interpretations of voices in patients with hallucinations and non-patient controls: a comparison and predictors of distress in patients.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=pubmed&Cmd=ShowDeta...

Psychology Services, Mental Health Services of Salford, Bury New Road, Manchester M25 3BL, UK.

BACKGROUND: This study tested the hypotheses that interpretations of voices will be associated with distress linked to auditory hallucinations, and that patients experiencing hallucinations will exhibit higher levels of negative interpretations in comparison with non-patients. METHOD: The Interpretation of Voices Inventory (British Journal of Clinical Psychology 41 (2002) 259) was administered to patients who met DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia spectrum disorders with auditory hallucinations and non-patients. Patients were also assessed using a semi-structured interview to assess clinical dimensions of their voices. RESULTS: The results showed that people with psychosis who experience auditory hallucinations did exhibit higher levels of positive and negative interpretations of voices, in comparison to non-patients. Correlational analyses revealed that interpretations of voices were significantly associated with emotional, physical and cognitive characteristics of voices. Regression analyses demonstrated that physical characteristics of voices and metaphysical beliefs were significant predictors of emotional characteristics of voices. CONCLUSIONS: The theoretical and clinical implications of these findings are discussed.

Selective speech perception alterations in schizophrenic patients reporting hallucinated "voices".

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=pubmed&Cmd=ShowDeta...

Department of Psychiatry, Yale UniversitySchool of Medicine, New Haven, Conn., USA.

OBJECTIVE: The authors tested a model of hallucinated "voices" based on a neural network computer simulation of disordered speech perception. METHOD: Twenty-four patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders who reported hallucinated voices were compared with 21 patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders who did not report voices and 26 normal subjects. Narrative speech perception was assessed through use of a masked speech tracking task with three levels of superimposed phonetic noise. A sentence repetition task was used to assess grammar-dependent verbal working memory, and an auditory continuous performance task was used to assess nonlanguage attention. RESULTS: Masked speech tracking task and sentence repetition performance by hallucinating patients was impaired relative to both nonhallucinating patients and normal subjects. Although both hallucinating and nonhallucinating patients demonstrated auditory attention impairments when compared to normal subjects, the two patient groups did not differ with respect to these variables. CONCLUSIONS: Results support the hypothesis that hallucinated voices in schizophrenia arise from disrupted speech perception and verbal working memory systems rather than from nonlanguage cognitive or attentional deficits.

Note from Soleilmavis: “Selective speech perception alterations”, for an example, Auditory hallucinations, you ears have problem and can hear some “voices” which are not exist.

“Voices” that victims heard are different with the patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders, <Auditory hallucinations: a comparison between patients and nonpatients> has given us the difference between the patients and the normal.

“Voices” that victims heard Strictly speaking, can not be called a “Auditory hallucinations". These “Voices” are electromagnetic frequency stimulating our brain neurons; our brain neurons hear the “voices”. We all know USA “V2K” technology. In 2002, the Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a technology: Nonleghal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. Emotional prosodic processing in auditory hallucinations.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=pubmed&Cmd=ShowDeta...
Centre for Neuroscience, University of Melbourne, Parkville Vic 3052, Australia. t.shea@pgrad.unimelb.edu.au

Deficits in emotional prosodic processing, the expression of emotions in voice, have been widely reported in patients with schizophrenia, not only in comprehending emotional prosody but also expressing it. Given that prosodic cues are important in memory for voice and speaker identity, Cutting has proposed that prosodic deficits may contribute to the misattribution that appears to occur in auditory hallucinations in psychosis. The present study compared hallucinating patients with schizophrenia, non-hallucinating patients and normal controls on an emotional prosodic processing task. It was hypothesised that hallucinators would demonstrate greater deficits in emotional prosodic processing than non-hallucinators and normal controls. Participants were 67 patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder (hallucinating=38, non-hallucinating=29) and 31 normal controls. The prosodic processing task used in this study comprised a series of semantically neutral sentences expressed in happy, sad and neutral voices which were rated on a 7-point Likert scale from sad (-3) through neutral (0) to happy (+3). Significant deficits in the prosodic processing tasks were found in hallucinating patients compared to non-hallucinating patients and normal controls. No significant differences were observed between non-hallucinating patients and normal controls. In the present study, patients experiencing auditory hallucinations were not as successful in recognising and using prosodic cues as the non-hallucinating patients. These results are consistent with Cutting's hypothesis, that prosodic dysfunction may mediate the misattribution of auditory hallucinations.

Note from Soleilmavis:
Currently, Many doctors misdiagnose victims who hear “voices” or suffer other symptoms from Mind control and Directed Energy weapons torturing and harassment, these symptoms include: forced crying; forced tearing; forced laughing; hands shivering without control. They think victims are patients with schizophrenia, it is definitely wrong.
“Emotional prosodic processing” explained by another sentence which everyone can understand, is “could understand the right emotional coloring from an event or from a speaker”.
For an example: when hearing a joke, victims will 100% think it is a joke. Even sometimes, while they are attacking by Mind Control Electromagnetic waves, they can not control their tears (when the Mind Control Electromagnetic waves attack their brain neurons which are special to control the movement of tear gland; the brain neurons give a wrong order to nerve system of tear gland. Even victims know it is a funny joke, but tear gland are forced to move and burst into tears.) But they can understand the emotion coloring in the joke, if you ask them, they will tell you it is a funny joke, even they are forced to burst into tears.
You can’t tell that they are Deficits in emotional prosodic processing, just because they are bursting tears; you should ask them whether they can understand it is a funny joke.

About Hearing Voices

Corey Leidenfrost holds a Masters of the Arts in psychology and is currently working towards a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. He has nine years of experience working as a mental health therapist. His published works include college newsletters, creative writing anthologies and articles for local newspapers.

The National Institute of Mental Health says that hearing voices or auditory hallucinations--hearing something that no one else can--is common for people with schizophrenia. In "Scientific American Mind," Bettina Thraenhardt, a psychologist and science journalist in Bonn, Germany, writes that hearing voices, though often associated with psychosis, may result from a number of other conditions and occur in those with no mental illness. Some researchers, such as Andrew Moskowitz, a psychologist with the University of Aberdeen, and Dirk Corstens, a psychiatrist working in The Netherlands, argue that auditory hallucinations should not be considered a psychotic symptom.

Prevalence

Psychologist Thraenhardt writes that about 70 percent of individuals with schizophrenia report experiencing hearing voices that interrupt thought. About 15 percent of individuals with no mental health problems report similar experiences. Yet, other studies point to possibilities that this phenomenon is much more prevalent. Thomas B. Posey and Mary E. Losch, both psychologists working at Murray State University of Kentucky, surveyed 375 college students regarding experiences of hearing voices. They found that 70 percent of the students acknowledged hearing voices at least once. Experiences ranged from students believing they heard the voice of a deceased relative, a divine being, their own thoughts or a name being called. According to Thraenhardt, many famous people reported hearing voices, including Socrates, Joan of Arc, Andy Warhol, Winston Churchill and Mahatma Ghandi.

Predominant views regarding the causes of auditory hallucinations have differed throughout history. According to researchers Moskowitz and Corstens, hearing voices was attributed to a religious or spiritual experience for much of recorded history. People said they heard the voice of the gods, demons or angels. Others believe that hearing voices may be attributed to a psychic experience--communication from ghosts or telepathy. Moskowitz and Corstens write that during the 19th century, a medical perspective began to dominate views of auditory hallucinations. The experience of hearing voices became considered pathological or abnormal; attributable to something wrong with the individual experiencing them. These views persist today.

Experience of Hearing Voices

A study conducted by social worker Lis-Bodil Karlsson, who at the time of the study conducted research at Stockholm University, asked a focus group of 22 individuals to describe how they accounted for and understood his and her voice hearing experiences. The individuals considered the voice come from inside their head, outside their body, or some combination of the two. All the individuals in the focus group considered the voices to be real. However, the voices sometimes possessed qualities that placed them outside of everyday experiences and realities. Karlsson writes that hearing voices can be overwhelming for many, adding, "Voices are strong and powerful experiences that convey memories from the past or difficulties that the voice hearer would prefer to forget, but in fact has to confront." Overall, the individuals in Karlsson's focus group found difficulty dealing with the voices, but worked to actively explore the experience of hearing them.

Causes

Psychologist Thraenhardt describes what occurs in the brain causing auditory hallucinations. Of schizophrenics, the Broca's area, lying in the temporal lobe, experiences the greatest increase in activity during hearing voices. That area is responsible for comprehending speech, but not producing it. Activity in the primary auditory cortex, responsible for processing sounds from the outside world, explains why individuals respond to the voices similarly as hearing actual speech. In other situations, individuals hear voices because of too little stimuli entering the brain from the outside world. Individuals who have been isolated for long periods of time are more likely to report experiencing auditory hallucinations.

Stopping the Voices

The MayoClinic.com says that antipsychotics such as Abilify, Zyprexa and Seroquel are the most common types of medication prescribed to treat schizophrenia. Psychologist Thraenhardt writes that antipsychotics work for some individuals to stop auditory hallucinations, but not all. According to Thraenhardt, transcranial magnetic stimulation, a technique that applies a magnetic field to specific parts of the brain and reduces activity, has shown some effectiveness in decreasing hearing voices for some schizophrenic patients.

B 09 Psychotic Disorder Not Elsewhere Classified

This category includes psychotic symptomatology (i.e., delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior) about which there is inadequate information to make a specific diagnosis or about which there is contradictory information, or disorders with psychotic symptoms that do not meet the criteria for any specific Psychotic Disorder.

Examples include:

1. Postpartum psychosis that does not meet criteria for Depressive or Bipolar Disorder With Psychotic Features, Brief Psychotic Disorder, Psychotic Disorder Due to a General Medical Condition, or Substance-Induced Psychotic Disorder

2. Psychotic symptoms are present, but for less than one month, so that it is too early to determine if the individual meets criteria for Brief Psychotic Disorder or Schizophreniform Disorder.

3. Persistent auditory hallucinations in the absence of any other features

4. Persistent delusions with periods of overlapping mood episodes that are not brief (as required for Delusional Disorder), but have been present for a substantial portion of the delusional disturbance

5. Situations in which a Psychotic Disorder is present but it is unclear whether it is primary, due to a general medical condition, or substance-induced.

A call to update mental health diagnosing: The DSM unreality

For example, the psychiatric manual to diagnose patients has undergone more changes and the DSM-5 will soon be published but may not be more accurate, but may be becoming more archaic, instead.  Already, people complaining about torturous "voices" jamming  their brains against their wills have been written off as being "psychotic" and schizophrenic.  Let's look at how these components are looked at from a psychiatrist's point of view.

When a person is seen by a psychiatrist or psychologist who reports "hearing voices" that someone is putting into their minds somehow, this person is not taken seriously that this may truly be happening.  The doctor may describe their patient as having "thought insertions" or "thought alienation".  Patients may believe that broadcasts from a radio or TV are being put into their heads in "thought broadcasting".  Ideas described as being stolen from the mind is labeled "thought depreivation" and these people are usually diagnosed as being schizophrenic, and often further catagorized as being of certain types, such as the paranoid type.

However, if there were a sharing of information among different disciplines such as psychology also learning about neurotechnology and specifically about frequency-wave technologies and how these effect the body, a whole new world of diagnostics of the human mind would emerge.  A more accurate world based on more accurate reality, rather than one that potentially benefits criminal uses of technology.

A resistance to change, of anything that might challenge the towers of power in the mental health profession may contribute to the lack of transparency of some of the real causes of "symptoms" that may be mimicing the effects of horrific electromagnetic energies that are as heinous as any Nazi torture of the past.

It may simply be true that the world of mental health has not been given the exposure to wireless technologies that may be used to harm someone via remote control.

Having the ability and strength to go against the grain of the establishment can also be daunting.  It is hard to be taken seriously when saying the exact same things their patients are saying and calling this "directed energy technology" can make a clinician look foolish.  However in the face of such devastation of human lives this has to be done.

Of course there is a potential falsehood of reasoning for the need to protect electromagnetic energy weapons for the sake of "national security".  National security seems to hold the highest hand on protecting secrets of the U.S.  We spend billions of dollars on the "security" and secret departments of our nation since 9/11's events that destroyed New York's Twin Towers.  Homeland Security has sprung out of "terrorism" developing "security" technologies that potentially can be used to harm society, instead.  The military has held an ongoing special interest in mind-manipulating technologies.

Technology that utilizes human brain waves can potentially be of help to society.  Neuroengineering is a field that learns how the brain functions and how to "rewire" the brain and at the same time fears of "remote neural monitoring" have sprung up in articles by citizen journalists like this one.  Secrets of technology that can wipe out the human brain or body can alternatively wipe out certain groups of people or potentially hold our government hostage when allowed to propagate and go unscrutinized or unmonitored by officials.

A cross-over sharing of technology among public officials, independent journalists as well as the field of mental health would produce better public policy that works to aid society, not harm it.  Investigating neurotechnologies as well as weapons utilizing the electromagnetic spectrum would certainly add a whole new dimension to the current health care debate.

In many people's opinions, health care and public safety are lifesaving issues that should be investigated and reevaluated.  Paying for health care when there is some potential that energy-based technologies can potentially harm the health of U.S. citizens seems self-defeating, and a waste of taxpayer time and money.

Petitions against using human beings as guinea pigs for electromagnetic experimentation and targeting like this one can be found when the public knows what to search for.  Human rights activists have much to do in the face of all the people from around the world being ignored for providing citizen reports that they are being harmed through electromagnetic energy weapons.

The field of mental health is only a beginning in the need to get to the truth and to change the health of society, as well as to protect citizens.

Hearing Voices: Some People Like It

Date: 15 September 2006 Time: 06:52 AM ET

http://www.livescience.com/7177-hearing-voices-people.html

For some people, hearing voices in their heads is a positive experience, not a sign of mental illness or cause for distress. Researchers at the University of Manchester are aiming to find out why.

Traditionally these auditory hallucinations, as psychologists call them, are associated with mental illness. They can be a symptom of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and sometimes depression.

But studies by Dutch researchers that began in the 1990s found that some healthy people also regularly hear voices. The scientists ran a program on Dutch television asking for volunteers who heard voices, and they got a surprising response. Many of the people who contacted them did not find the voices disruptive and had never felt the need to consult mental health services. Some even said they found the experience to be positive or inspirational.

The resulting studies found that more people might hear voices than psychologists had thought, perhaps around 4 percent of the population.

Aylish Campbell, a psychologist at the University of Manchester, is hoping to expand on the Dutch study by investigating why peoples' reactions to hearing voices vary so widely. Campbell has just begun looking for study participants in Britain.

"We're looking for people who hear voices who have a range of experiences," she said.

Campbell and her colleagues suspect the variation could be caused by different life experiences. Childhood traumas, beliefs that other people are untrustworthy or dangerous, and feelings of vulnerability might react with fear to cause people to hear voices.

The experience might be enjoyed by people who have positive outlooks, they figure.

Campbell thinks anyone can hear voices, particularly when stressed. For example, those who are grieving over the recent loss of a loved one might hear that person's voice.

"It might just be a normal human experience," she said. "People are susceptible to different degrees."

Campbell hopes that learning what triggers different reactions could help develop new psychological therapies to help people—at least those who don't like the phenomenon—to cope with the voices.

"If we can understand a bit more about the factors, we might be able to use that knowledge to help people who do find it distressing," Campbell said.

I went to the site and registered, but was unable to comment. Now I am concerned about leaving my name there.  I believe that this pages on this site is extremely relevant:

http://www.dataasylum.com/media-bioapi-chemtrails-references.html

and  http://www.dataasylum.com/gangstalking-targeted-individual-informat...

They have caused me an artifically induced disability, and then the V2K call me a bum, a user, etc. I have worked very hard in my life, before this started to happen to me. Now I am constantly being judged. I was told I am being "put to death". Considering the fact that I am an MK Ultra victim since birth, I feel that these "people" who are judging me, have no right to do so because they do not know the whole truth!

I know that my auditory hallucinations are induced, via two rice-sized implants (Obviously RFID- and they can b felt by anyone), in each ear, which have probably been used on a subliminal level to affct me negatively my whole life, so they could then justiy writing me off later, by judgingf me for not being able to withstand my pain (see link below). By connecting to the cerebral cortex, implants can be used to stimulate auditory and visual hallucinations.

Spefically, see this faq page: http://www.dataasylum.com/faq-bioapi-gangstalking.html

You will hear a skishing noise and you just pop it out. While driving just check sideview mirrors to stop the feed. Don't forget to cover the nose and base of skull also with aluminum foil or copper mesh. The nose appears cold on heat sensing infrared and is the entry point for laser to hippocampus. The use of sleep deprivation is also misdiagnosed as psychosis. The supercomputer also uses trauma compartments and amnesia walls to further torture victim. Often following intense emotional damage, an amnesia wall is built and the torture starts again until victim is  fragmented and misdiagnosed. Remember to hold on because the Rapture is near.
