大脑控制武器（亦称：精神控制武器，或神经控制武器）分为很多类。大致有：药物大脑控制武器，电子芯片植入或纳米技术大脑控制武器，微波（电磁波）大脑控制武器。

大脑控制武器跟其他的武器的不同之处在于，大脑控制武器是通过对人的大脑或神经系统的攻击，达到攻击人的目的，甚至导致死亡。

4． 他们如何使用大脑控制武器和电磁波武器酷刑虐待和骚扰人体？
我们可以用眼‘看’；用耳‘听’；用鼻子‘闻’；肌肤可以感觉‘疼痛’。我们的感官系统每天收到很多信息发送给我们的大脑，让我们可以看到；听到；闻到；感觉到­。

他们的武器可以直接刺激我们的大脑神经元，让我们可以通过大脑‘看到’；‘听到’；‘闻到’；‘感觉到疼痛’。受害者的感觉就是信息直接被强迫注入大脑。这里所­说的"听到",并不是我们真的听到了人们日常可以听到的声音便是20－20000Hz频率范围内的声波,而是他们发射的电磁波(或其他微波)刺激我们大脑中的听觉神经细胞,让我们的大脑感受到了他们的信号,听到了他们的声音。

受害者的被人为制造的"误听"和"误视" 以及"口误"与精神病的"幻听" "幻视" "妄想"的本质区别
(1) 人为制造的"误听"
这一点, 大部分受害者有这样的体验, 听到周围的邻居, 路过的陌生人在讨论受害者, 而且他们的声音有时听起来就像是来自"邻居"或者是旁边的一个陌生人. 这就是人为制造的"误听". 您听到的声音并不是不存在的, 这些声音是使用大脑控制武器将电磁波信号直接传输到您的大脑, 因此在您的"大脑"中听到了声音, 他们的电磁波信号刺激了您的大脑神经元细胞, 让您的大脑神经元细胞作出了错误的判断, 认为这种"声音"来自邻居或者旁边的一个陌生人.
(2) 人为制造的"误视"
这一点, 只有少部分受害者体验过, 他们曾经投诉, 半夜醒来, 无法动弹, 但是看到房间里有人. 因为事先门窗都关得好好的, 检查门窗也都关得好好的, 因此他们怀疑什么特异功能之类. 其实原理跟"误听" 一样的, 就是他们的电磁波信号刺激大脑的神经元细胞, 视觉神经元细胞接受了错误的刺激, 因此大脑作出了错误的判断, 产生了" 看到了其实不存在的东西". 这就是"误视."
(3) 人为制造的"口误"
很多受害者也经历过"口误"这样的经历, 就是嘴巴会不由自主说出一些话来. 原理跟上面一样.
这样的"误听" "误视" "口误" 如果不仔细区别, 往往会被普通的精神病医生诊断为精神病中的"幻听" "幻视" "妄想" 等症状. 所以我在2007年就劝过很多受害者, 不要去跟精神病医生解释这样的感觉, 因为医生不懂得大脑控制武器, 因此不理解电磁波对大脑神经元细胞的刺激也会人为制造"误听" "误视" 和"口误".

关于受害者听到的“声音”，有以下几种情况。

（1）很多受害者声称听到周围的人，甚至从邻居家传来恐怖暴力者的声音；
受害者们必须明白，他们的确听到了“声音”。但是，受害者听到的这种声音，不是我们人耳听力范围内20－20000Hz频率范围内的声波,而是大脑控制武器发射的电磁波(或其他微波)刺激我们大脑中的听觉神经细胞,让我们的大脑神经元细胞感受到了他们的信号,我们大脑“听到”了他们的“声音”。

（2）很多受害者声称他们“幻听”；有时旁边的人没有说话，但是受害者却听到他们说话；
受害者们没有幻听。他们是听到了“声音”。只是这些声音并不是旁边的人发出的声音，而是大脑控制武器所发出的电磁波信号，受害者的大脑神经原细胞受到了电磁波信号的刺激，而在“大脑”“听到”了的“声音”。

（3）很多受害者声称他们甚至听到恐怖暴力分子的声音中有他们的朋友，亲人或者他们认识的人的声音。
受害者们听到的“声音”，都是受害者“大脑”“听到”的一些“电磁波信号”，恐怖暴力分子可以运用他们的电磁波武器模仿任何人的声音。 受害者的确“听到”了“声音”，但是这些“声音”可以模仿任何人，并且这些声音可以听起来或远，或近。可以听起来象来自您的楼上的邻居或左右邻居；也可以听起来来自某一栋特定的房子。

当受害者听到以上各种“声音”时，受害者不要去找医生看病。医生通常会把受害者描绘的“听”到“声音”，据此珍断为神经病。

某些受害者的几个疑惑：

（1） 疑惑之一：恐怖暴力分子是如何把声音和图象传入受害者的大脑。微波已能够将这种技术变成现实。请注意，美国2002年专利技术V2K或V2S(voice to skull)：微波将声音传入大脑。

（2） 疑惑之二：受害者在恐怖暴力分子的声音中听到了朋友或邻居的“声音”。声音合成技术已发展到了以假乱真的地步。再用微波将合成声音直接传送到人的大脑即可。

（3） 疑惑之三：受害者在睡觉时，会被强迫性地“做很多梦”。电影的发展已让我们看到了高超的图像合成技术，再用微波将合成图像直接传送到人的大脑即可。

（4） 疑惑之四：恐怖暴力分子的微波武器为何能够锁定某个目标。远距离探测脑电波已经成为可能。 象海豚之类的回声技术可以很容易地做到这一点。

(5) 疑惑之五：很多受害者在描述自己的受害经历时,往往会提到跟同事,朋友或其他任何人闹过一点儿小矛盾,或是自己做错了一点儿小事情, 然后他们认为周围的那些有矛盾的人或政府某个部门因为您的一点儿小过失才来使用如此先进的科技来虐待您. 如果您认为虐待您的人中有那些您跟他们闹过小矛盾的人,那只是这些恐怖暴力分子故意制造的假象. 这些恐怖暴力分子只是一些拥有先进武器的法西斯暴徒. 他们的目的只是要让受害者无法认清他们的本质.

（6） 疑惑之六：为何受害者无论在地底下，在水中，在飞机上或任何地方都无法逃脱攻击。请大家想想目前先进的电磁波技术可以进行地质勘探，探测到地底下的各种矿物。他们的电磁波比民用的地质勘探要先进100倍，可以能够探测到某个个体。甚至能够探测到人的脑电波。当他们发射的电磁波频率与人的脑电波频率一致，会引起共振，会影响到人的行为。

但是，他们的电磁波武器如何能够仅仅攻击某个个人，而周围的人感觉不到？

我的推测1: http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/27000361/, 这个网站介绍了放射性同位素扫描(Radionuclide (Isotope) Scan 的医学用途. 他们的机器可以扫描我们的大脑,并用他们的电磁波武器攻击我们.当然,他们必须让我们中毒(偷偷让我们吃了一些元素),这样他们发射的电磁波才能只攻击到我们,­而周围的其他人感觉不到.

我的推测2: 很多受害者怀疑有微型芯片或其他技术的“植入”。如纳米技术“植入”，就可以运用在间谍武器上，远距离遥控间谍鼠。英国的MI5就据说已掌握并运用了此技术。

我的推测3: 这些恐怖暴力分子使用电磁波武器及大脑控制武器锁定某个目标时，他们可以通过类似海豚，蝙蝠等的回声定位技术来永远找到受害者。他们一旦第一次锁定了某个受害者之后，他们就知道了这个受害者电磁波回声是多少。所以这个受害者无论在世界的任何角落，他们都会找到这个受害者。

我们都知道海豚，蝙蝠等是通过超声波来探测周围的物体及辨明方向的。超声波在向前传播中遇到物体后就会产生回声，回声返回到海豚，蝙蝠等那里，被它们接收到，海豚，蝙蝠等靠分析这种回声，来判断前方物体的远的远近、大小和性质，从而避开障碍或捕到食物.

他们的武器之所以无法锁定本. 拉登是因为他们从来不知道本.拉登的电磁波回声是多少。
当然，他们需要24小时监视受害者，以随时知道受害者脑电波的频率是多少。然后他们可以发射同样频率的电磁波信号。当他们发射的电磁波信号与同样频率的脑电波信号相遇，就会引起共振，严重影响人们的行为。当然，我们的大脑神经系统非常复杂。所以他们并不能100%地控制我们，但是他们完全可以达到酷刑虐待我们的目的。

精神控制实验之药物实验 ...德国纳粹打造机器人式士兵内幕

二战时期，为了独霸地球，纳粹德国曾展开许多先进武器的秘密实验。这些实验的具体内容已经被陆续曝光。然尔，有一项秘密工程直到最近还一直不为外人所知，它就是被希特勒寄予厚望的“D-IX试验”----打造机器人式战士。

德国汉堡市刑事犯罪学家沃尔夫.坎普发现，二战时期，纳粹一直梦想研制一种药物。士兵服用它之后，就会变得跟机器人一样，不知劳累，勇猛无比，不折不扣地执行上级的命令。希特勒希望依靠这些机器人式的士兵，征服全世界。

这项名为”D--IX试验“的秘密工程始于1944年，试验地点是臭名昭著的萨克森豪森集中营。当时，集中营的工作人员看到18名囚犯每天都沿着一个半圆形的广场跑步，每个人都背者重达20公斤的背包。他们沿着跑道跑了一圈又一圈，中间没有任何停顿。他们在干嘛？

即使在集中营里面，除了奥德.南森，估计没有几个人知道这些跑步者到底在干什么。南森是德国著名极地探险家的儿子，当时已经是一位小有名气的化学家，深受纳粹重用。他受纳粹委派，负责研制一种神奇药物。士兵们一旦服用了它，就会变得像机器人一样不知劳累，而且绝对服从命令。当那些跑步者在广场上一圈接一圈不停地奔跑之时，南森就站在附近观察这些跑步者。

第二次世界大战结束几年以后，南森曾经对外界透露，当时他是在进行”意志巡逻“训练，经过他训练的士兵可以连续奔跑90公里。然而，他说的这些话并没有引起人们的重视。

事实上，希特勒的化学家们当时正在进行一项秘密试验。他们想知道，那些跑步者到底能坚持多长时间。一开始，他们看到，这些可怜的囚犯情绪很高。囚犯们边跑边唱，有的人甚至在跑步的过程中吹起了口哨。然而，连续跑了24小时后，跑步者一个接一个地栽倒在地，当即毙命。18个试验者只有几个人未被累死。

随后，纳粹化学家们又开始在另外一批囚犯身上试验另一种新药。他们把这种药称为”D--IX”，这也是整个试验的代码。新药由可卡因和其他数种药配置而成。当时，第三帝国的领导人相信，如果这种药试验成功，那吗德国士兵将变成不知劳累，无所畏惧的士兵，可以打遍天下无敌手。

众所周知，二战爆发前，纳粹一直在塑造自己的正面形象，包括反对吸食毒品。甚至在1993年还有研究人员认为，纳粹从本质上是反对吸食可卡因的，因为早在20世纪20年代，可卡因就曾让欧洲的波希米亚士气低沉。但是，事实是，当希特勒开始做起征服世界的美梦时时，他便毫不犹豫地让他的士兵服用这类药物，试图把他们变成没有思维的机器人。

战争一开始，西线的纳粹军队服用一种被称为“PERVITINE”的安非他明药物。纳粹领导人相信，在这种药物的刺激下，他们的军队会产生强烈的求胜欲望，变得勇敢无比。当时，负责生产这种安非他明药物的是柏林一家名叫蒂米尔（TEMMEL）的公司。在1939年4--12月这段时间里，蒂米尔的公司共向纳粹陆军和空军输送了2900万片PERVITINE。德军最高司令部下令，包括蒂米尔在内的任何熟知内情的人都要保密，否则格杀勿论。纳粹失败后，人们在纳粹的一些官方文件里发现了一种代码为OBM的药物，但一直没有搞清楚它到底是一种什么东西。其实，这种药物就是PERVITINE。

具有讽刺意味的是，纳粹显然低估了PERVITINE的副作用。这种药物能够上瘾。如果不吃药，士兵们很快就成了废人。1939年，德国医生前往西线调研，发现了士兵长期服用PERVITINE导致注意力不集中，以及多起士兵服用PERVITINE过量导致死亡的事故。医生的警告也成了耳旁风。在战争最后几年里，几乎每一个德国士兵的行军包里都有这种危险药物。当时，不管士兵说哪里疼，军队内的卫生员都会给他们开PERVITINE的方子。

在二战结束前的几个月里，虽然纳粹军队兵败如山倒，但希特勒并没有放弃反败为胜的希望。虽然战争已经接近尾声，纳粹高层还是要求加快神奇药物的试验。

第三帝国的领导人下令批量生产“D---IX”新药，时间是在1944年3月16日。这天，VICEADMIRAL海尔穆特.海耶在一个有药理学家和小军事单位指挥官参加的会议上表示，他们研究出一种新药，可以帮助德国士兵在紧张的形势下坚持更长的时间，让德国士兵比平常更情绪高涨。二战结束后，海耶成为负责防卫问题的联邦德国议院代表。

海耶的讲话受到了德军的重要人物奥托.斯科特塞尼的支持。当时，斯科特塞尼也在为他的部队寻找一种新药。在与柏林纳粹总部的领导人进行了一次详细的交谈之后，一组科研人员便集中在基尔大学，由奥切霍夫斯基负责，其任务就是研制并批量生产这种药物。刑事犯罪学家坎普相信，该计划一定得到了希特勒的批准，因为类似的计划不经希特勒批准，根本无法实施下去。

奥切霍夫斯基和其他数名科研人员在基尔大学实验室里埋头苦干了好几个月，最后终于研制出德国需要的这种药物，一片药中含有5毫克可卡因，3毫克PERVITINE，5毫克EUCODAL（一种基于咖啡的镇痛药）。和合成可卡因一样，这种药片由米尔克（MERK）公司生产。

说起合成可卡因，就不能不提到德国空军的战斗机飞行员。一战时期，为了最大限度地发挥战斗机飞行员的作用，增加飞行架次，德国空军高层让飞行员服用米尔克公司提供的合成可卡因。据说这种类似鸡尾酒的药物已经由德国小型潜艇的艇员们试验过了，试验地点就在基尔湾。

斯科特塞尼要求给他送去1000片新药。他想首先在部分士兵身上作以下试验。刑事犯罪学家沃尔夫.坎普研究发现，那次试验结果令斯科特塞尼十分兴奋。他把试验结果向纳粹高层作了通报。纳粹高层像抓到了救命稻草一般，下令在人身上进行更加彻底的实验。

于是，本文开头的那一幕出现了：集中营中的囚犯们背着20公斤重的背包每天连续跑步24小时。试验的目的就是要看看“D--IX”药物到底能让人坚持多长时间。

当时的医疗记录显示，几名参加试验的人每天即使只是短暂地休息两三次，仍然感觉很好。有一份记录这样写到：尤其是服用这种药物后，士兵的睡眠时数大大减少，这对提高战斗力是非常重要的。这种药足以使人丧失行为能力和意志力。换句话说，“D--IX”把常人变成了机器人。

MORE than 250 people who claim they are “brainwashing” victims of America’s Central Intelligence Agency are set to win a multimillion-dollar legal battle for compensation.

Their case resembles the plight of Hollywood star Matt Damon’s character in the hit movie series that began with The Bourne Identity.

As in the new follow-up film The Bourne Ultimatum, they claim that they were guinea pigs in a series of bizarre experiments to erase their memories and reprogramme them.

A court in Montreal will decide if they have a case against the Cana­dian government, which allowed the CIA’s controversial mind-control experiments to be carried out there.

Nine have already each received $67,000 (£33,500) compensation from the spy agency, which has admitted setting-up an operation codenamed MK-Ultra during the Cold War.

Many of the chilling details of the top-secret operation have come to light in an investigation by former US State Depart­ment officer John Marks for his book The Search For The Man­churian Candidate.

In CIA-speak, a “Manchurian Candid­ate” is the name given to an unwitting assassin who is mentally “programmed” to kill. The phrase refers to the 1964 movie of the same name starring Frank Sinatra as a brainwashed US prisoner-of-war.

Using documents released under America’s Freedom of Information laws, Marks ascertained that the CIA recruited renowned Scottish psychiatrist Donald Cameron to mastermind MK-Ultra.

Cameron, an ex-president of the World Psychiatric Association, chose Montreal’s Allen Memorial Institute to conduct potentially lethal experiments on non-US citizens.
Documents reveal he used thousands of unwitting as well as voluntary subjects to test paralytic drugs, hallucinogens including LSD and electro-convulsive therapy at 30 to 40 times normal power. Cameron, who died in 1967, also put many “guinea pigs” into comas for months on end while playing tapes of repetitive statements in a bid to discover if he could erase memories, then rebuild them with new information.

During an agonising legal battle which has raged since 1988, when the CIA paid nine of Cameron’s Canadian victims $67,000 each, Canada’s government has stone­walled hundreds of claims.

Up to last week, it had paid $100,000 (£49,700) each to 77 victims whose cases were so extreme that they were reduced to permanent childlike states.

Last Tuesday Janine Huard, now 79, became the first “still sane” survivor to be offered compensation, and legal experts believe her secret settlement will open the floodgates for other victims.

Janine said: “The money will allow me to live out my days as I have always wanted, with peace of mind. I am so ex­hausted from fighting for so many years.”

“鲨鱼特工”：深海秘密跟踪敌船

利用同样的原理，目前美国军方研究人员还成功研制出了“鸽子特工”和“鲨鱼特工”。一个由DARPA资助的研究小组通过植入芯片技术记录鲨鱼的脑部活动，观察气味、电磁场等不同变化与鲨鱼脑部神经原活动的对应关系。

这只鸽子之所以能够准确地按照人的指令行动，秘密就在于它头上安装的这套电子信号接受系统。这套系统由植入鸽子脑中的电子芯片和置于脑上的电子信号接受器组成。
承担机器人鸟这一项目的山东科技大学2005年曾成功地用这项技术控制小白鼠的行动，去年，他们又将试验转入实用性更大的机器人鸟的行动控制上，并在短短半年的时间内取得了显著成效，这项科研成果堪称生物技术与电子信息技术的完美结合。

Scientists have developed a remarkable sensor that can record brainwaves without the need for electrodes to be inserted into the brain or even for them to be placed on the scalp.

Conventional electroencephalograms (EEGs) monitor electrical activity in the brain with electrodes placed either on the scalp (involving hair removal and skin abrasion) or inserted directly into the brain with needles. Now a non-invasive form of EEG has been devised by Professor Terry Clark and his colleagues in the Centre for Physical Electronics at the University of Sussex.

In 2001, HR2977, The Space Preservation Act (2001) was introduced into Congress to BAN ALL Directed Energy Weapons. Its passage has thusfar been blocked. In 2002, the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) formally listed a NEW CATEGORY of WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION (Psychotronic Mind Control and other Electromagnetic Resonance Weapons) in their 2002 Media Guide to Disarmament. In 2003, the State of Michigan passed into Law House Bills 4513 and 4514 BANNING the use of ALL FORMS of ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS against Human Beings in the State of Michigan. In 1999, the European Union Parliament passed Resolution A4-0005/1999 Section 27 which “Calls for an International Convention introducing a GLOBAL BAN on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any forms of manipulation of Human Beings.” (PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS).

There had been an ongoing controversy over health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF) for years (e.g., extremely low frequency radiation and the Navy's Project Seafarer; emissions of high power lines and video display terminals; radar and other military and industrial sources of radio frequencies and microwaves, such as plastic sealers and molders.) Less is known of Department of Defense (DOD) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) interest in anti-personnel applications of the invisible energies. The ability of certain parameters of EMF to cause health effects, including neurological and behavioral disturbances, has been part of the military and CIA arsenal for years.

With VDT operators exposed to weak fields, there have been clusters of miscarriages and birth defects (with evidence of central nervous system damage to the fetus). Byrd also wrote of experiments where behavior of animals was controlled by exposure to weak electromagnetic fields. "At a certain frequency and power intensity, they could make the animal purr, lay down and roll over."

Notorious Jose Delgado, advocate of a psycho-civilized society through mind control, no longer implants electrodes in the brains of mental patients and prisoners; he now induces profound behavioral changes (hyper-activity, passivity, etc.) by exposing animals to precisely tuned EMFs.

He is understandably concerned about environmental exposures within 1 to 30 Hz (cycles per second), either as a low frequency or an amplitude modulation on a microwave or radio frequency, as these can physiologically interact with the brain even at very low power densities.

Security concerns, according to Sam Koslov of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), first prompted U.S. study of health effects of low intensity (or non-thermal) microwaves. From 1965 to 1970, a study dubbed Project Pandora was undertaken to determine the health and psychological effects of low intensity microwaves, the so-called "Moscow signal" registered at the American Embassy in Moscow.

Due to secrecy, and probably reports like Dr. Zaret's, Jack Anderson speculated that the CIA was trying to cover up a Soviet effort at behavior modification through irradiation of the U.S. diplomats, and that the cover up was created to protect the CIA's own mind control secrets.

Researchers had long ago established that direct stimulus of the brain could alter behavior.

Cesaro wrote, "the potential of exerting a degree of control on human behavior by low-level microwaves seems to exist." On the basis of the primate study, extensive discussions took place and plans were made to extend the studies to humans.

According to a former DOD security analyst, one such microwave experiment with human subjects took place at Lorton Prison in the early 1970s. He said that such research (in a weapons context) has occurred on behavioral effects of microwaves since 1976. He also asked, "Why are you so concerned about then? What about now? They can call anyone a terrorist. Who are they using it on now?"

After noting that the U.S. microwave guideline in effect in 1970 for the public, 10,000 microwatts/^2 (now the industrial and military "guideline"), is proscribed from consideration of the rate that thermal effects are dissipated, the author, a specialist in modeling neural networks, states that scientific studies have consistently shown that humans exhibit behavioral disturbances when subjected to non-thermal levels of microwaves, well below this level.

He reports that swelling and distention of nerve cells have been produced at intensities as low as 1,000 microwatts/cm^2 (the current U.S. guideline for the public).

Dr. Ross Adey, formerly of the Brain Research Center at University of Southern California, Los Angeles, now at Loma Linda University Medical School, Loma Linda, California, was among the first of the Pandora researchers. His work is more precise in inducing specific behavior, rather than merely causing disorganization or decrements in performance -that is, apart from his studies on inducing calcium efflux in brain tissue, which causes interference with the fucntioning of the brain and is one basis of "confusion weaponry."

He demonstrated that if the biological modulation on the carrier frequency is close to frequencies in the natural EEG of the subject, it will reinforce or increase the number of manifestations of the imposed rhythms, and modulate behavior.

When the fields were used on untrained animals, occurrence of the applied rhythm increased in the animals' EEG.

拉特尼科夫表示，美国也在积极研制“心理武器”。如美正在研究东方心理生理系统基础上，借助催眠术、神经语言学编程、计算机应用心理疗法、生物钟刺激等，从事心理影响方面的研究，目的是获得控制他人行为的能力。

Some electromagnetic radiation weapons work on the theory that the mind and nervous system communicate with electrical, magnetic, and emr signals. One theory is based on the development and technology of electromagnetic brain signals and the organization of the central nervous system. Signals from outside sources can mimic, block, or alter the mind and body's own signals. Louis Slesin, editor of the trade journal Microwave News, provided a rudimentary example of this process in a 1997 US News and World Report article entitled "Wonder Weapons":

Rapid advances in neuroscience could have a dramatic impact on national security and the way in which future wars are fought, US intelligence officials have been told.

In a report commissioned by the Defense Intelligence Agency, leading scientists were asked to examine how a greater understanding of the brain over the next 20 years is likely to drive the development of new medicines and technologies.
