for those of you stuck in the belief your neighbor has some weapon theyre using on you to create noise and voice campaigns against you, its not true. the actual people doing it are mainly not people, they look for how you think, feel etc and use neural directional sounds very seldom making actual sound others can hear. it saddens me that so many fall for the tricks, i did in the beggining, but a lot of things werent adding up logicly. yes you may have social harrassment, but they too are being used and not likely carrying some RNM stuff in their pockets.
