Video Below shows how the fabric blocks 50-60Hz AC current EMF from the fan motor.
You can try it if you can afford it,it is a bit expensive costing 56USD dollars.
Not sure if it will work for 0-30Hz brainwave range which i think the mind control technology bastards are using.
