Alkaline foods, low acidic foods, and alkaline ionized water, not the chemical stuff, electrical water. They use platinum plates to change the waters molecule adding electrical charges on the hydrogen, oxygen molecules.
I haven't been attacked for days, after drinking it. It's just coming out on the market, older versions break down and get moldy because they don't use platinum. My v2k attacks stopped almost totally, no shocking pain, and a new outlook on life. I suggest you find someone with kengan water machine soon if you can.
