My first intense v2k program (that I actually noticed instead of dismissing as background or neighborhood noise) started with intense and large crowd noise (like a football stadium full of people) and continued for awhile (a few months of very intense, debilitating crowd noise) along with a so called "internet trial of the century" where they looked back over every event going back to my childhood in order to make me feel like a criminal. It was so debilitating that it was hard to focus on anything, but I now think what they were doing was actually disabling me so that they could isolate me and test out both the v2k program and various non-lethal weapons, as well as possible TSA mind or mood scanners (if your stomach acts up, they were claiming that it would indicate lies, and also they were claiming that a person's intentions could be discovered using v2k) .
Then after a few months, the v2k and non-lethal weapon testing decreased to a group of about 5-10 voices that alternated back and forth with harassment, and then it changed again to giving me tidbits of information on how the equipment works while at the same time harassing me.
In the beginning, they kept on mentioning something about how if I screwed up, I would have to wait another 6 months (for what? maybe for the program to end?). What I now think they were talking about is that every 6 months, the very intense, debilitating football stadium crowd noise returns. For me, the 6 month anniversary is around April / May and October / November. I have been through these intense periods since November 2011, but I think that v2k was actually tested in high school, which was a long time ago, but they don't reveal the intense v2k until they can disguise it as another item (like a middle age crisis, or around a life threatening illness like cancer, etc.).
Some electronic sounds seem to be coming from devices planted in attics, ceilings, clothes dryers, dishwashers, and somehow water seems to be able to transmit the voices.
I am also noticing intense thunderstorms that were not normal for the place that I was staying in at the time. I am not sure if they were seeding the clouds to create or increase the storm intensity, or if it was a Hollywood thunderstorm with Bose subwoofers in the attic enhancing a normal storm.
Another item I have noticed is that, in addition to the real deaths/suicides, there seem to be a lot of fake deaths and suicides that surround this program (do they end up in the witness protection program to hide non-lethal weapons testing that was done to them?). Its a crazy program.

Oh, yes, V2K varies in intensity for me too and it was louder in the beginning, now it's the hissing noise that's becoming louder and louder, but nothing cyclical like you have. Don't listen to anything that is said, btw, it's all made to decieve you.
