I was just wondering if anyone on here has tried prescription sleeping pills and I mean the benzodiazapine kind, not the others like Ambien, which doctors always try to push on you. I suffer from chronic insomnia and have been taking them (even before the harassment started).  The reason I am mentioning this is because one time, when I was still in the US I ran out, and I started having the most horrible and irrational thoughts, telling me to kill myself, etc. plus I had a panic attack, (no history of panic attacks or suicidal ideation) I felt like i was going crazy, and this didn't happen gradually, but all of a sudden, like a thoughts were implanted in my mind, it was terrifying. I thought at the time that maybe it is a withdrawel symptom, but I was wrong. Since I have been overseas I have gone for up to a week without taking these pills and I haven't had these thoughts again. Could it be that these pills interfere with these brain programing/ thought implanting technologies? I have to add though, that despite the pills I sometimes woke up and felt like something shoked me and I would feel very agitaded, this feeling would last for about 10 minutes. Has anyone had experience with this?
