MKULTRA was a secret research project of the CIA, in which inhuman experiments with drugs, electric shocks and hypnosis were carried out in ignorant persons. What few know is that the CIA has already carried out experiments with electromagnetic radiation from the latest ns 1960.
Under the name of Subproject 119 (MKULTRA had 149 subprojects), all kinds of experiments were undertaken, which should explore the possibilities of manipulation of people with the help of radiation. Subproject 119 was the basis for all future Mindcontrol programs and all electromagnetic weapon systems in the USA.
