the gangstalking is facilitated i think using a computer that disperses location information with prediction modeling. the upper stalkers use i think, contacts that have video, or audio giving them instructions, they hire certain people that will have a large psychological effect on the target.
the voices in my head are using a techology directly on top of the hearing cortex near or touching the pineal gland. and have full interactivity with most aspects of perception and thought.
the weakness is that you can fight it using your brains abilities which must be developed and learned against how they react mechanicly
there is both an internal and external aspect to voices and pain
