A woman returns to her own country, after eight years abroad, to find that urban life has changed in her absence. Science fiction has turned into science fact. Her neighbours are using surveillance technology to spy on her for fun. And, strangers are hacking into her life, and her home, because they can. Their remote crimes are light years ahead of the law, and in the silence of this ignorance, she becomes convinced she is hearing voices. It's a game of lateral thinking. Men, women, and children are being deliberately driven to their deaths, but how is it possible to explain what is going on? There are obvious and less obvious solutions. But, for those who are able to break the puzzle, they all add up to harassment, abduction, and murder.
