I've been going through hell for a minute now there isn't much that helps me get through the day except ignoring all the bull that the alleged computer that's being controlled by someone doing v2k. Even though this is happening I still go through all the other stalking tricks these ass wipes pull everyday..

What I did was mentally push their "sound" away from the inner part of my brain, makes external blocks work better

Yeah I've been doing everything possible to ignore the things they say which has been easier than it has been.
