After thorough research and a look into Robert G Malech's patent , i can only conclude that whatever people are bullshiting saying it is radio waves or elf wave is fake. please do not believe everything that is posted on the internet. i used to believe but i did many research and can only say that it will be very very costly to remove this technology.
How i think it works : According to Robert G Malech , the frequency is transmitted at 100Mghz to mix with our tissues and there is an application to control once it latches onto our tissue. So if you are sensitive enough , you can feel a difference to parts that are controlled by this technology and parts that are not. Parts that are controlled seem to lose some sensation in the muscles.
Currently i am deciding to do a jammer to try but it is unlikely to work. A faraday cage will not work , i have asked many TIs around and many have said it does not work. This may be because the torture is also from Ultrasonic weapon so i suggest to soundproof your room.
Why Soundproof your room :
When i say soundproof , i mean building an anechoic chamber to stop the torture. Soundproofing is like a faraday cage except it blocks sound too. So ultrasonic sounds can't penetrate through as the sound absorbent fabric will deter it. Sound vibrates and can make your stomach sick if it is penetrating your stomach liquid.
Building using sound absorbment fabric helps . to save money , use a tent and build in small area and try to stay inside when the torture starts.
