Toronto Police, Canadian torturers hack me everything. And, they hack UN, HRW, AI, IRCT, OMCT, FIDH…I have shown the proofs to you.

 

Now, they hack one important torturer’s letter to the investigator. This important torturer is the psychiatrist of Toronto, Canada.

In this doctor’s letter, he responded to the investigator, who asked him to explain why he fabricated my medical report and refused to disclose my full medical record to me: “ As there is no signed consent from Mr. Yan, my response is understandably restricted.”  Is this a lie from torturer? I filed a complaint against him. I refused to sign the consent. Is this logical? Nothing to say! Everything is crystal clear. What they are covering up is the fact of  torture and medical torture, that is, systematic torture.
