When will hearings happen in nYC> relevant to Sound harassment by certain unions who carry deliver or broadcast voices used to injure into area buildings. If on state U campuses it is carried by the groups who control the PA systems and who can make sure that sound as in voices are literally broadcast in every campus building. Professors and students are included and it is also transfered or carried into other area buildings other than campus, as in any apartment buildings where they deem fit. It not only affects targets but others as well. They college security has ties to NYC shelter security guards and no doubt guards at other buildings and maintenance workers. We have neede hearings for many years. because it involves the NYC shelter system employees I believe that there is more of a coverup rather than a desire to see it stopped or exposed to media.

It seems to be carried around and in certain hotels with the aid of staff. Surely there has to be anothe motive other than to target me? The amount of foreigners involved tells me something also.
