Torture is Torture, whether by physical brutality or using Invisible Technology, no one understands. The Lordship and the Court, is going to get an education in how the t.i.'s of the world are suffering each and every day. I hope we get thousands of signatures.  The more people know about DEWs and understand their potential to do unlimited harm and carnage, the better chance we have to  stop the use of these weapons, or at least have law enforcement agencies believe us and protect the victims of these weapons.
