Wayne here, In this picture I was going to a kindergarten and lived in The Haight Ashbury area in San Francisco, just a few blocks from GOLDEN GATE PARK-Haight Ashbury. Even during my classes at kindergarten I was (targeted individual) the community was an experiment for pharmacology UCSF and CIA Church committee that President Bill Clinton exposed about Mind Control experimentation in the late 90s.
