I emailed Eleanor White and she sent me an audio link for v2k relief. Some find it effective. I personally find its just more noise.

Hi Kenny there is no real way to stop the v2k that anyone has found yet. The closest thing to distort the sound of the v2k is described in the following website. There is a link in it that was able to be downloaded to listen via mp3 but l have looked for it in google and cant find it anymore. Read the following. You may be able to create yr own. It doesnt stop the v2k but jumbles the sound. The only other suggestions are listening to music...relaxing or white noise, maybe binaural beats on headphones to distract from the v2k sounds.
