UN questionnaire for Psychological Torture

UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR ON TORTURE TO ADDRESS "NO-TOUCH TORTURE" IN MARCH, 2020!

Nils Melzer, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture, has apparently become aware of "no-touch torture" after having visited Julian Assange in May of this year.  It is widely known that Julian is definitely a targeted individual and is suffering greatly in a variety of ways that many in our community would recognize. 

Mr. Melzer is now requesting information from "experts and stakeholders" and plans to submit his report to Geneva, Switzerland, the headquarters for the United Nations Human Rights Council in March of 2020.

Call for submissions on Psychological Torture and Ill-Treatment

The UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CIDTP), Nils Melzer, has decided to focus his next thematic report on "Psychological Torture and Ill-Treatment” The report will be submitted to the Human Rights Council in March 2020.

In this context, the Special Rapporteur will welcome all relevant submissions that Member States, UN Agencies, civil society and academia may wish to transmit on the thematic of Psychological Torture and Ill-Treatment.

Deadline for Submissions: 25 November 2019

Dear Soleilmavis,

Thank you for sharing this document. I personally am being targeted with various microwave torture technologies, and have experienced every single symptom listed, including seeing "Holograms". The worst part of my torture is the 24/7 transmission of voices to my brain.

I am a male so do not suffer from the #22 - Female problems but my fiancé does. She was targeted after I was put into this program.

I am now disabled and can no longer work due to my health issues resulting from the microwave ELF/EMF torture. I was targeted after reporting terrorists/terrorism.
