Worldwide Campaign to stop the Abuse and Torture of Mind Control/DEWs

Positive responses of mind control from public

Dear victims and supporters,

After many years of hard work in educating public about the secret abuses and tortures of voice to skull technologies and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, we have received good responses from public.

Thousands of victims and supporters have written countless letters to government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public. Thousands of websites have been educating public about such technologies. Medias have started reporting such technologies.

Since 2010, I created, more and more people start knowing peacepink website and our work. There are more than 400 visitors came to this website every day.

Now, many people in public do believe in the abuses and tortures of mind control technologies.

Public Policy Polling asked voters to weigh in on 20 more infamous conspiracy theories, and the results show that  a not-insignificant number of people (15%) believe that the government or the media adds mind-controlling technology to TV broadcast signals (the so-called Tinfoil Hat crowd)

Among the other results:

“Tin Foil Hat Caucus” Debates “Mind Control” at NH State House

We could believe that the public start listening and concerning.

There are three ways for mind control victims to win their cases.

(1) One route is to appeal, which is an administrative procedure, and that is exactly a way a lawyer does not dare and does not have the energy to do.

Write appeal letters to government departments, senators, representatives, to urge the government to investigate such horrible crime, sentence torturers according to law, and help victims.

(2) Another route is to seek public support.

With enough supporting voices from public and with evidences, government must answer victims' appeals.

(3) File lawsuits to sue government who do not take their responsibilities to investigate such horrible crimes, and help victims.

Winning strategy

Mind control technologies are weapons which use drugs, electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and /or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual's sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system.

I have collected many reported articles which introduce 'mind control technologies'. The listing of these articles will not mislead readers; it is a short cut for readers to learn what mind control technologies are.

“Tin Foil Hat Caucus” Debates “Mind Control” at NH State House

February 7, 2013

CONCORD, N.H. - State lawmakers considered a measure on Wednesday to prohibit local communities from participating in a United Nations program. Critics said the debate was full of conspiracy theories and a waste of legislators' time. Zandra Rice-Hawkins, executive director of Granite State Progress, dubbed the conservative lawmakers who supported the measure the "Tin Foil Hat Caucus." She found it hard to believe that they took time for this discussion when the state is facing more pressing issues, like the need for jobs. "They're talking about such extreme things as 'mind control' and saying the United Nations is trying to take over our country," she said. "This is ridiculous. It's a waste of our time, when there's real, important issues that could be addressed in the State House." HB 144 sought to prevent communities from participating in a United Nations program that supports local sustainability, clean energy and climate protection initiatives. Bill supporter Rep. Lenette Peterson warned that the U.N. program was part of an effort at "global control and redistrict over your daily life, including your private property, individual rights and civil liberties."  Rice-Hawkins warned that Concord is not the only state capitol where conservative lawmakers are railing against the United Nations. "This bill is being pushed by groups like the John Birch Society and ALEC," she explained. "It's the type of legislation we've seen pop up in other states - it's a ridiculous effort and it needs to be stopped." Lawmakers heard testimony from locals, such as Nashua Mayor Donalee Lozeau, that they appreciate United Nations involvement in their towns, Rice Hawkins added. "This is something that communities in our state have volunteered to participate in and they are finding value in. The conspiracy theories being thrown around by some of these extreme legislators really don't match how the programs are being enacted in our state." In the end, the New Hampshire House killed the bill, with 141 votes in favor and 211 opposed. A recording of the debate, which begins about 45 minutes into the morning session, is available online at

U.N. Investigates Electromagnetic Terrorism

The health effects of electromagnetic fields are hugely controversial, whether it’s power lines being linked to leukemia or the impact of mobile phone radiation on your brain. Which makes it particularly surprising that electromagnetic (EM) radiation is being considered as a possible terrorist weapon. A UNESCO Seminar last month considered the "Potential Threat as a Terrorism Agent" of EM fields:

The most obvious danger is use of electromagnetic pulses to disrupt communication. However EMF also pose direct threats to human health through mechanisms that are poorly understood. These involve different physical and chemical factors, as well as multiple effects on biological systems including humans. [my emphasis]

This seems a little unlikely. There’s little agreement on the health risk of EM fields. So they would appear to be improbable terrorist weapons. Blowing up airliners is one thing; causing a fractional incidence in the rate of cancer over a period of months lacks the immediacy and obvious impact associated with terrorist actions.

I contacted professor Sinerik N. Ayrapetyan, who organized the conference, to find out more. Ayraptyan was polite and helpful, but stressed that his expertise lies in the molecular and cellular effects of microwaves on organisms. He would not comment on clinical studies, much less on large-scale applications like terrorist use.

It seems that the title of the conference was changed at the last minute to "Electromagnetic Fields: Mechanisms of Action And Health Effect," with no mention of terrorism. Ayraptyan explained that this was because the World Health Organization was one the main sponsor and requested a shift to focus on health effects, because "WHO is not a military organization."

However, scanning the agenda, there are still some signs of a military presence. The logo of the U.S. Office of Naval Research Global figures prominently. And it was interesting to note the presence of Andrei Pakhomov, a familiar name in nonlethal weapon circles who carried out some of the basic research behind the Active Denial System — the U.S. military’s "pain ray."

Pentagon interest in the effects of radio waves and microwaves goes way back. A recent article by John McMurtrey — who has amassed an impressive collection of papers on this topic -– looks at declassified papers on the aptly named Project Bizarre. This was part of Project Pandora, which was started after the discovery in 1953 that the Russians were irradiating the U.S. Embassy in Moscow with low-power microwaves. Nobody knew what the potential health effects of this sort of low-level exposure were, but there was a suspicion that the Russians did not mean well.

The microwaves may have been to jam U.S. monitoring equipment; they may have been a way of remotely powering Russian bugs within the embassy; or they may have had a more sinister purpose. Project Bizarre involved the controlled irradiation of Rhesus monkeys with microwaves to determine whether it had any effect on their behavior. The work was carried out by Dr. J. C. Sharp and H. M. Grove.

The monkeys were trained to get food by pushing a lever in response to lights and audible tones.

One tone frequency signaled a time out period where any response to gain food within ten minutes reset another 10 minute delay requiring non-response. When a red light came on food was available by lever pressing where each subsequent food pellet required a geometric increased number of lever responses. Subsequently another time out period was tone signaled, where on successful non-response, a different tone frequency signaled food availability only by the 50 second delayed response previously discussed.

Project Bizarre found that microwave exposure seemed to disrupt the monkey’s perception of time, causing them to misjudge intervals and perform badly compared to monkeys that had not been radiated. Although these results have not been confirmed — and this topic remains controversial — McMurtrey has tracked down other studies at assorted military laboratories (mainly on rats) with similar results.

"Microwave exposure inter-response time and sequential task performance reports herein totaled 10 studies, fully half of which originated from military laboratories who solely conducted the pulsed investigations showing the greatest performance deterioration," he writes.

McMurtrey suggests that the Russians were essentially trying to drive embassy staff mad and that the effects of the radiation might produce symptoms similar to schizophrenia. The Moscow embassy was given electromagnetic protection in 1976, including wire-mesh "mosquito screens" on the windows.

It remains to be seen whether terrorists will try the electromagnetic approach. I suspect the White House already has quite good EM shielding (to block electronic eavesdropping rather than external zapping). And with all the other threats to worry about, this one surely does seem fairly remote for the time being.

But still … "whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad."

Government starts investigating radiation weapons, will they soonly investigate remote voice to skull and electromagnetic weapons which have been using to harass and torture victims for many years?

Two men accused of bizarre radiation plot

Two men from upstate New York have been accused of trying to make and sell a portable X-ray weapon that they "intended to sell to Jewish groups or a southern branch of the Ku Klux Klan," and which could be fired at people perceived to be enemies of Israel, the Times Union reports.

Glendon Scott Crawford, 49, and Eric J. Feight, 54, have been charged with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, according to the paper. The two men could face 15 years in prison and $250,000 fines.

A press release from the Department of Justice explains investigators said that Crawford reached out to Jewish organizations (at least one of which reported his strange behavior to the police) for assistance with the technology involved in making the X-ray weapon. The remotely controlled X-ray weapon they designed would supposedly have been able to deliver lethal doses of radiation to unsuspecting victims.

The weapon was never operable, according to reports.

"This case demonstrates how we must remain vigilant to detect and stop potential terrorists, who so often harbor hatred toward people they deem undesirable," U.S. Attorney Richard Hartunian said in a statement.

According to the Department of Justice, "This was an undercover investigation and, unbeknownst to the defendants, the device that the defendants designed and intended to use was rendered inoperable at all times and posed no danger to the public." The men are accused of trying to sell the weapon to Jewish groups and the Ku Klux Klan.

Crawford works as an industrial mechanic with General Electric and is allegedly a member of the Ku Klux Klan. In a statement to the Times Union, GE said Crawford has been suspended and that the company is "cooperating fully with the authorities on their investigation."

The Times Union reports that Crawford recruited Feight to help with the device's construction.

Via the Times Union:

FBI agents were able to get a "confidential human source" and an undercover agent close to Crawford in May 2012, recording their conversations and meetings. In December, the FBI obtained a search warrant that enabled them to monitor Crawford's and Feight's cell phone calls, emails and text messages.

Under the plot described by the FBI, Crawford concentrated on building the radiation device while Feight was building the electronic controls. The two men met May 20 in Albany and Feight gave a remote-transmission device to Crawford. They had planned a test to take place at an undisclosed hotel in the Albany area.

In interviews with the Times Union, neighbors of Crawford described the accused terrorist as a cordial family man.

As charged in a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Albany, the essence of the defendants’ scheme was the creation of a mobile, remotely operated, radiation-emitting device capable of killing targeted individuals silently with lethal doses of X-ray radiation. The defendants plotted to use this device against unwitting victims who would not immediately be aware that they had absorbed lethal doses of radiation, the harmful effects of which would only appear days after the exposure. This was an undercover investigation and, unbeknownst to the defendants, the device that the defendants designed and intended to use was rendered inoperable at all times and posed no danger to the public."

Snowden reveals HAARP’s Global Assassination Agenda : Edward Snowden, NSA whistleblower and fugitive, released documents Tuesday to Internet Chronicle reporters proving that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, is definitively engaged in a program of assassination and mind control.

While the military prison industrial complex has routinely insisted that the Alaskan-based HAARP is only meant to study natural phenomena in earth’s ionosphere, Snowden has managed to blow open a brutally massive charade.

“The HAARP research station,” he said, “strategically based away from prying eyes near Gakona, Alaska, is actually used to terminate or manipulate would-be dissidents of global capitalism on the scale of millions of people.”

Added Snowden, using finger quotes, “With these terrestrial antennas, NATO [the North Atlantic Treaty Organization] is able to, on a global scale, remotely silence ‘perpetrators’ of ‘deviant or subversive’ strains of thought.”
