Yes you can make a video on your phone , or you can use the webcam on your computer. I did it both ways in the past.

Hi mate, I have never tried sending latters to international human rights orgs, but I have heard of others doing it in groups and individuals, as in people doing it on their own, and it went nowhere. But it is worth a try if you would like to give it a go.

Hiya mate, well I tried sending registered letters to politicians here in Ireland but it never went anywhere, they just told me to go to the police(and it is them that are harassing me, irish police that is) , I also sent emails to everyone in the Irish Parliament but I didn't get any replies. It's hard to go against them because they hurt you if you do. I don't want to take medications but when l stop them they abuse me because they want me to have the stigma of mental illness. Morgellons is a disease they have spread amongst ppl. It is a parasitic infection that makes you sick. The parasites are bio-tech. There is nothing l can do about any of this because nobody believes in it.

What type of abuse have you gone through? I am attacked by actual people because I have night black outs. Some evil males in the neighborhood found out and have been stalking me and using me sexually when they can. If I move they let others know and new people join in. It has to be some kind of occult that won't leave me alone. I am not being hit by energy weapons it's actual people who are cruel, even though people using technologies are just as cruel!
