furman v. georgia 428.us 238 92 s ct.  the supreme ct stated that the state must not arbitrarily inflict a severe punishment the very words cruel and unusual punishment imply condemnation of the arbitrary infliction of severe punishments. a punishment is excessive under this principal if it is unnecessary. the infliction of a severe punishment by the state cannot comport with human dignity when it is nothing more than the pointless infliction of suffering.

    Hi Heather I do have a question. As i learn more this goes further & further back. I have discovered Ive been a victim of abuse/mind-control since birth. My entire family & extended family are involved. My whole world has fallen apart, now the perps tell me its not technology at all, its demonic and I was somehow given to the occult hence an entire lifetime of modified behaviour. Now they are saying things like I have been theirs forever, Im their perpetual lady of sorrow. People have entered my life deliberately to help ruin it, I dont know if anyone in my life has ever really loved me. Because Im starting to believe I am surrounded by demons and belong to the occult. My whole life has been an engineered event. Heather does this sound like MK Ultra or the like?
