There is a cruel and all encompassing  wirelessly enabled human control system being set up behind the scenes in Ireland and throughout the wider world.   It is commonly known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation.   Many individuals throughout each country in Europe and the United States have already been non-consensually, wirelessly tethered to this Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation system.   We all have inhaled and ingested nano technology which is now in our blood stream.   In combination with the nano technology, a large number of individuals have also been non-consensually implanted with a variety of different types of implants.   They are then eternally wirelessly tethered by a two way system  to a super computer where all of the electrical activity being generated by their bodies and brains is being analysed and collated on a constant basis.  This data is then used to build an elaborate profile of each individual where they are further categorised into a personality type for still further analysis.  This is all being carried out in secret by a select few without the permission of the rest of the human race.

Most of the  individuals who have already been wirelessly and non-consensually connected to the super computer network are being forced to hear the voices of the Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation staff members, coming from inside their heads on a constant basis.    The Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation staff members also input a large variety of other data into the brain and body of the targeted individual.   They input sound, moving images, still images, odours, sensations, pain signals, feelings such as extreme fear for no apparent reason, false beliefs, programming to unquestioningly believe what the main-stream media say, and even forced muscle movement.

One of the staff member asked the following question to somebody  "Are ye all under Remote Neural Monitoring in the British police force?"    The response I heard following that question was as follows   "No, only the senior staff."

"The Remote Neural Monitoring System is guiding us out of control"    ---  I was then informed that the word 'us' meant the British police.  

"These are highly dangerous prisoners.  They have to be harassed on a constant basis".    (I am not a prisoner and I have never been a prisoner and I don't know what was meant by the use of the word prisoner.)

Ley lines are conduits of energy that surround and run through the earth. Individuals who wish to hoard knowledge of earth ley lines for themselves have promulgated the false notion that the existence of ley lines is pseudoscience. For this reason and others the study of earth energy fields has been banned from school and university curricula throughout the world. A differential in knowledge leads to a differential in power and these individuals wish to gain power and control over the human race. Human beings are streams of energy. Who ever gains control over the earths ley lines would eventually in the same manner gain control over a human being through control of their human energy field, in particular the energy vortices of said human energy field. Cathedrals are known to have been built on earth energy field intersections.

I have been subjected to illegal remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation for many years. There is now a computerized two way wireless link from my body and brain to a computer network. All of the data concerning the electrical activity that my brain and body generates is send via this two way wireless link to that computer network for analysis by unknown neuro scientists. Because of manipulations which have occurred within my brain down through the years it may now both help me and hinder me if I were to allow myself to fall asleep while near a computer even if that computer was switched off. When my brain waves reach a certain level of deep relaxation signals from a nearby computer could now enter my brain and this would cause eventual deterioration of the link between by brain and the computer network which would in turn free me from being slowly and incrementally bio-robotized. However, it would alos eventually hamper my ability to think clearly because of extra unwanted data entering and being stored within my brain. The unknown neuro operatives who reproduce their voices inside my head have informed me that they wish me to relay many messages to mankind in order to help mankind to take back their power from the dark new world order criminal cartel and I would not be able to do so if unwanted data had entered by brain in this way.

We are currently living through a secret war which is being fought for the most part by wireless weapons. Many people throughout the world have been secretly placed on a wirelessly enabled control system known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation. Nano technology has found its way into all of our brains and bodies through inhalation and ingestion. In a selection of people this internal nano technology is being connected wirelessly to supercomputers by two way links. These two way links allow unknown neuro operatives to upload sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, and even pain signals to the brain of the targeted individual. These neuro operatives can even send information to the body of the victim in order to force the victims own limbs to move against their own will, or even to make the victim unwell. Remote neural murder to direct neuro link is also possible and has happened. These two way links are also used by the neuro operatives to collect all electrical signals which the human brain and body constantly generated. This electrical activity is downloaded from the brain and body of the targeted individual to the supercomputer where it is data analysed. All of the thoughts, memories, words and actions can be made known to the neuro operatives by this method. The targeted individual can have no mental privacy from then on.
Secondary to remote neural monitoring wireless microwave weapons are also being used to place whole populations under electronic mind control using frequencies which entrain the brains of people into states of unquestioning trust in leaders who are either knowingly or unknowingly leading us into wireless enslavement.
Targeting human beings and wirelessly tethering them to supercomputers against their wills and without their permission is an act of war. We are now at war against the dark new world order criminal cartel who wish to have more and more power in fewer and fewer hands, their own hands. We the rest of the human race can easily win this war provided we act now.
We must tear down all microwave transmitters which are being used for both remote neural monitoring of a large selection of targeted individuals as well as electronic mind control over large populations. All adults should and must carry microwave readers with them at all times which can be used to detect if microwave beams are being transmitted from vehicles which might be parked near schools or housing estates or indeed anywhere.
We must stop using mobile phones also known as cell phones because they are miniaturized microwave weapons and they are responsible for entraining the brains of the users into artificial states where they are being manipulated into high levels of mind control.
The main stream media is for the most part owned and controlled by the dark new world order criminal cartel to the extent that any and all information about remote neural monitoring and electronic mind control is being censored from it.
We must decentralise political power as a matter of urgency. It is a rule of thumb that the more centralized power becomes the less freedom the ordinary people have, and the more decentralised power becomes the more freedom people have. We must dismantle the European Union and we must have very limited government inside our own countries. No government at all, simply a system of rules without rulers would be even better. This system is known as anarchy. It is a linear based self regulating system.

I am being subjected to a form of around the clock monitoring and surveillance which is also being prepared for you and everybody else on a worldwide scale other than the instigators of it.  It is known as Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation.

  I am wirelessly and non-consensually linked to a network of computers by my brain and spine.  These computers are operated by unknown neuro operatives.  This link which connects me to the computer network is two way which enabled the neuro operatives to collect all the electrically  generated data from my body and brain on an ongoing basis as well as sending my brain and body sounds, voices, moving images, sensations, odours, pain signals and various types of emotions including  that of extreme fear.   The neuro operatives locked my unique brain signature  on to a frequency of fear for a whole year in the past. They had informed me in advance that they were going to punish me.   I am not normally fearful but I was kept in a state of extreme distress during that year.   I know another Irish individual who is also a subject of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation who is currently locked onto a frequency of aggression.  However, he manages to keep it under control.

  Further to that,  the neuro operatives and their agents wake me up by wireless means any time they wish during any night and they keep me awake for as long as they wish.   If I am kept awake for too long and for two many nights in a row it can bring on feelings of despair.

I post blogs on a daily basis telling of my experiences and telling of what the unknown neuro operatives say to me by way of a voice to skull bio-communication.   I hear their voices coming from inside my head on a constant basis.  Here are some of what these unknown neuro operatives have said to me and about me to their colleagues in the past twenty four hours.

"We now have a clear view of the whole topology of the human being." 

"Marriage is now compulsory."

"Is she pregnant.  She is overeating.  What are we going to do about that?"

"We are now leaving.  I will instil a virtue in her some other time in some other way."

Remote Neural Monitoring is a mind and body invasive security system which has been developed to deal with terrorism.  It involves implanting a suspected terrorist with brain and body implants and then wirelessly connecting those implants to a supercomputer.  This implantation occurs without the suspected terrorist knowing that they have been implanted.   From that time on all of the electrical activity being generated within the body and brain of the suspected terrorist is transmitted by a two way link to a supercomputer which is operated by criminal neuro operatives.    The data collected from the suspected terrorists body is data analysed and collated into various categories.   The neuro operatives can tell from reading this collated data what the suspected terrorist said and did each and every day and night.   The suspected terrorist no longer has any mental privacy whatsoever.    The two way link from the supercomputer and other computer networks allows unknown criminal neuro operatives to send their voices by wireless means to the brain of the suspected terrorist.    These aforementioned  unknown criminal neuro operatives also use the two way wireless link to send moving images, odours, forced muscle movement signals, false emotions and feelings, sensations and even pain signals to the brain and body of the suspected terrorist.    These unknown criminal neuro operatives can cause the victim to suffer from sleep deprivation.   They also send false digital signals into the spine of the body of the victim in order to cause neurological damage.  They can even cause total paralysis if they persist in sending false signals to the spine of the victim over a long period of time.   This Remote Neural Monitoring in combination with Remote Neural Manipulation system may also be a method of electronically mind controlling large portions of each population so that they are unable to react appropriately to the extreme level of danger that the human race is now in from this and other technology.  

The United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and France are among some of the countries that use Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation on their own people.   The definition of suspected terrorist has now expanded to include almost everyone in the world.   The dark new world order evil cabal now wishes to wirelessly tether all  of the human race except themselves to this Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation extremely invasive control system.   It is a system of full spectrum dominance of the human being.  It is a method of enslaveing the whole human race and making them become grovelingly obedient to the dark new world order evil cabal.

"I can see from my computer screen that you evacuate your bowels regularly."

"Extreme anomalies in her bowel.  She hasn't a system of cogency at all."

"Get an imprint of her energy field while she is writing her signature.  Then control her to sign her signature when she is in a state of distraction.   Then take her for every penny she has.  It has been done to targeted individuals all over the world."

" We will wreck her gut.  We will wreck it."

"We don't wish to be seen while inspecting the goods."

"It is my job to monitor the activities of the client on a constant basis."

"There is somebody assessing the system.   They will locate us easily due to the signals coming out of our location."

"There is mutiny in the ranks."

"Did she drop her drawers for anyone recently."

"Predicated on the fact that this woman is involved in something nefarious."

"There is an amusing situation going on here.  We have to tally a woman's bowel outages."   This was responded to by another internal voice which was heard to say by me "Who is paying you to tally bowel outages".  A further internal voice was also  heard to say by me "I am."     A still further internal voice was then heard to say by me "What is your name."   A further internal voice was then heard to say by me   "My name is Anison Anderson".  A further internal voice was then heard to say by me "Is it happening when in public".   A still further internal voice was then heard to say by me "We only tally bowel outages when she is in her own private ground".  

HOW FULL SPECTRUM DOMINANCE IS DUE TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN BOTH THE UNITED STATES AND EUROPE.

Each individual man, woman and child would be wirelessly tethered from implants which are already deeply imbedded in their brains and spinal cords to super computers which would be run by pre-programmed computerized algorithms. All of the electrical activity generated by the brain and body of each individual would be uploaded on a constant basis to said super computers where it would be data analysed. All data collected would then be used to build a profile of each individual. That profile would appear along side the individuals face each and every time that individuals face was captured by a facial recognition system which is built into closed circuit television cameras. I know this to be the case because I have been wirelessly tethered to this system for many years. I live alone and while this conversation was taking place I was alone in my home. All the non-consensual experimentation which I am experiencing is being conducted by wireless remote means and the neuro operatives who electronically harass and psychologically torture me are all unknown to me.

I have been a neuro research subject for nearly sixteen years. I am wirelessly linked via implants in my brain and body to a computer network by a two way communication stream of low frequency electromagnetic energy. Voice to skull bio-communication technology is being used by neuro operatives to speak to me against my will and to insult me and threaten my life. The technology being used against me in this manner is classified for now. Therefore not many people are aware of it. The unknown voice to skull neuro operatives have today informed me via voice to skull bio-communication technology that my home is now going out live throughout the internet among interested parties who pay a fee on a private network in order to be enabled to see unsuspecting human beings inside the privacy of their own family homes. Criminal, academic and medical records all blend into your score. Your shopping habits also blend into your score. Your score can change in real time depending on what you place in your shopping trolley. If you place alcohol in your shopping trolley your score would immediately be reduced. If your social credit score drops significantly your internet speed can be lowered significantly and this can be achieved by algorhythms without much significant intervention of human beings if it becomes mainstream in the future .

There is an app on smart phones which records your steps as you walk. If you take regular exercise you will be awarded extra points.

If you marry somebody with a lower social credit score than your own social credit score you will lose points on your own social credit score.

Your are deprived of your passport on occasions.

They give me a number which can go up if they approve of my activities and it can go down if they disapprove of my activities.

Some believe that under this social credit system people will be afraid to step outside the prescribed opinion set because they will be afraid to lose points in their social credit rating . If your social credit points drop you would lose the right to use public transport or to have a passport or many other birth rights. However, I have found the opposite to be true in my own case. After more than fifteen years of being targeted  with directed energy weapons and both remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation the muscles of my face and neck can be  moved by wireless means   by individuals who remain unknown to me and who work from a remote location. Said individuals move  the muscles of my face and neck at their own will.  It is only a matter of time until I am completely bio-robotized unless I can stop it from happening  and there may be ways of stopping it from happening either by drinking ozonated water which might help to dislodge the neural dust inside my body or by the use of a home-made emp pulse gun whereby I would shoot myself with strong pulses of magnetic energy, thereby dislodging the neural dust inside my body and set myself free from this wireless tethering to computer networks which I am currently enduring. These unknown criminals can now disengage small groups of my muscles on a temporary basis from time to time causing me to walk with a pronounced limp for a short space of time. The pronounced limp reappears and disappears at disparate intervals.

Wireless capabilities can be used to burn  human beings to death in a covert war.  When metal objects such as spoons are placed in a microwave oven they catch fire.  We are now being informed that we have metallic particulates inside our bodies and brains which we inhale and ingest due to chemtrail spraying of the skies over our heads in a process known as geoengineering.  These metallic particulates are currently  being found in our food supply.  The capability exists to turn microwave transmitters which are attached to telephone towers way up to a much higher power transmission.  It may be possible to control these microwave transmitters from one central location.  Therefore the capability now exists  to burn us inside our homes due to these metallic particulates being inside our bodies.   A cover story could then be provided that we were burned to death by the spread of wildfires during hot weather.

Wireless capabilities are being used to force private human beings to hear intelligent voices issuing commands to them via implants during which these intelligent voices are being heard by them coming from inside their own heads. If the victim should refuse to obey the commands of these inner voices they are being informed by these inner voices that their utilities including electricity, water and waste collection will be stopped and their bank accounts will be disabled and if their are in public housing they will be evicted forthwith. These intelligent sounding inner voices are telling the human subjects concerned that this wireless enslavement system is being means for everyone. It is currently being set up throughout the republic of Ireland. It is commonly known within the network as remote neural monitoring.

Individuals who have already been placed on remote neural monitoring attempt to explain to psychiatrists and others exactly what they are experiencing. The victim is being told that there is no such system in existence as remote neural monitoring. They are being told that they are sick and the psychiatrist can see this but that they can not.

The entire field of psychiatry is now implicated in covering up the crime of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation.
