UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR ON TORTURE TO ADDRESS "NO-TOUCH TORTURE" IN MARCH, 2020!
Nils Melzer, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture, has apparently become aware of "no-touch torture" after having visited Julian Assange in May of this year. It is widely known that Julian is definitely a targeted individual and is suffering greatly in a variety of ways that many in our community would recognize.
Mr. Melzer is now requesting information from "experts and stakeholders" and plans to submit his report to Geneva, Switzerland, the headquarters for the United Nations Human Rights Council in March of 2020.

The psychologists and psychiatrists are the worst enemies of the targeted individuals. They are so convinced that we, the TI, have a mental problem. We suffer of schizophrenia and paranoid; therefore, they don't accept any other. Explanation. Also, TI can today be targeted by just, when it is possible, using their DNA and a iPhone.
