I HAVE BEEN SAYING IT ALL ALONG. WE NEED TO FORM SUPPORT GROUPS , RAISE MONEY FOR HAND HELD FREQUENCY JAMMERS, KICK IN DOORS AND SHOOTTHE PERPETRATORS. ME PERSONALLY, I DON'T CARE IF SOME LOWLIFE HAS A G10 CLEARANCE AND IS PART OF THE US INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY. IF THEY ARE TORTURING AND MURDERING INNOCENT TARGETED INDIVIDUALS AND USING TERRORIST WATCHLIST FRAUD WHILE THE SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY IGNORES IT ALL THEN THEY DESERVE TO BE NEUTRALIZED.
THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT HELP , NO DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
VIOLENCE NO LONGER BECOMES AN ALTERNATIVE BUT IT IS THE ONLY SOLUTION.
I GUARANTEE IF THE SAME NUMBER OF PERPETRATORS DIED AS TARGETED INDIVIDUALS THEN MAYBE CONGRESS WOULD NOTICE.
THE CONGRESS AND POLITICIANS SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTEN THAT THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION WAS DESIGNED TO PROTECT EVERYONE WITH LIFE ,LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS AND NOT TO USE NATIONAL SECURITY AS A LOOPHOLE TO STEAL , DO HOME INVASIONS , TORTURE AND MURDER AND BECOME ORGANIZED CRIME AND MILLIONAIRES ON THE BACKS OF AMERICAN TAX PAYERS.
THE REDNECK PERPS FROM GEORGIA AND ALABAMA ARE VERY STATISTIC BECAUSE THEY TRY TO IMPRESS EACH OTHER WITH CRUELTY INFLICTED ON TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.
THIS IS LIKE A BOXING MATCH WHERE THE PERPS USE DIRECT ENERGY WEAPONS AND YOU GET KNOCKED DOWN AND STANDUP UNTIL YOU ARE BEATEN TO DEATH.
A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL WITH CARDIO AND NEURAL IMPLANTS LIKE V2K CAN NOT GO ON THE OFFENSIVE BECAUSE THE BRAIN WAVES WILL TIP OFF THE PERPS IN THE EARLY PLANNING.
IF A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL USES A GUN ,A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL COULD GET A CARDIAC ARREST IN WHICH THE PERPS WILL JUSTIFY TO THE SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE TO USE AS SELF DEFENSE NEEDED.
THE SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE DOESN'T KNOW THE SUBCONTRACTORS AND DOESN;T WANT TO KNOW.
POSSESION OF A HANDHELD DEVICE THAT COULD JAM A PERP'S FREQUENCY IS ILLEGAL WHICH IS A RISK TO OBTAIN AND POSESSS .
EVEN IF YOU LOCATED THE PERPS, A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL WOULD HAVE TO BREACH THEIR QUARTERS , KILL THEM WITH A SILENCED FIREARM AND LEAVE WITHOUT A TRACE.
TO TRUST THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM WOULD VIOLATE A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL'S DUE PROCESS OF LAW BECAUSE ANT DIRECT ENERGY WEAPON AND SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT WOULD DISAPPEAR UNDER THE GUISE OF NATIONAL SECURITY.
WE NEED ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT HAS THE CAPABILITY TO DETECT PERPS AND KILL THEM WITH DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY OR ALLOW TARGETED INDIVIDUALS TO PROTECT OURSELVES.
FORGET DIVINE INTEVENTION, WE ARE ALL SITTING DUCKS UNTIL WE CAN FIND SOME FRIENDS, MOVE AWAY AND FIND A WAY TO ATTACK THE PERPS.

Canadian Government and the Supreme Court of Canada "can not" stop their ongoing terror, psychological torture and MK Ultra no matter what you and we are doing; and although Canadian Government and the Supreme Court of Canada promised to protect human rights and victims of torture.
