Bioethics Commission Urges Compensation for Victims of Human Research
This article at the link below was welcome news when announced a few days ago. Apparently Amy Gutmann is calling for compensation for victims who have been harmed by gov......ernmental research programs. And according to Peter she stated that this would include military experiments as well. After hearing this, I was reminded of the one point I made in my speech to the commission requesting a similar system of redress for TI's. So maybe the commission listened to us after all! Well, I believe that it would not have happened at all if we had not gone and spoken up to them about this. I believe this to be a positive result for our efforts! Congratulations to all who participated in this process!

How can we stop them? 1) international pressure 2) domestic demand 3) lay charges against. We must work together. We can't stop them if anyone is going to stay behind.

I read your petition several times. That is for " domestic demand" . Suppose you are Secretary-General of the United Nations or some internationl vip, read your own petition letter.Please take a look at petition letter by Soleimavis. But,her petition letter needs your reword, revise, and reconstruction by your petition letter, derrick's, and Lynn's. The language should be plain. From this petition letter, we narrate one case or story which they believe is true. In the meantime, we have to move our readers so that they can stand up with us. I believe the "mass petition" after our efforts( most victims's co operation) will work.

This Petition ( Mass petition) has had global goals all along & there are many Int'l. Petitioners from many other countries. Lets use this one to go global with because it is in its 4th year, with over 1,200 signatures & linked to many sites, blogs, forums, etc. - Synergism! It also has a fb page w/ nearly 100 likes too. Lets not reinvent the wheel.

Please don't advise or encourage some victim to " file a complaint personnally with International Criminal Court or UN On Torture". It donesn't mean we can't file personnaly. This process is huge and too much. Without carefully studying each process of " file a complaint" , you case will be tossed. Of course, if you are familiar with everything about this process. Please do it. Here is the "handbook" for reporting torture, crimes against humanity.
