“When you have a huge list of people who are likely to commit terrorist acts, it’s easy to think that terrorism is a really big problem and we should be devoting a lot of resources to fighting it,” Bernstein added. With almost no transparency and outrages aplenty, though, she argues that the government’s watch lists are largely flawed and can erroneously ruin an innocent person’s life.

Such is the case with Rahinah Ibrahim, 48-year-old a former Standard University doctoral student who was expected to be in federal court in San Francisco, California Monday morning for the latest hearing in a case that stems from an incident in 2005 that ended with her learning she had been added to a terrorist watch list. Ibrahim was attempting to board a Hawaii-bound plane from San Francisco International Airport in traditional Muslim garb when she was taken into custody and told she had landed herself on a terrorist watch list. Nearly a decade later Ibrahim continues to disavow any connections with terrorism, but the issues surrounding the watch list program has made it seemingly impossible to find out what she did, let alone have her name removed from the list.

“We’ve tried to get discovery into whether our client has been surveilled and have been shut down on that,” Elizabeth Pipkin, a lawyer representing Ms. Ibrahim, added to the Times. “They won’t answer that question for us.”

Neuro-electromagnetic weapons work by blocking and re-wiring the neuro-transmitters in the brains of the victim. Like diversity in our DNA, there are some very common neuro-transmitters in humans and some very individualized neuro-transmitters. Creativity and other individualized properties, usually but not necessarily, depend upon individualized neurotransmitters. When NEM weapons are used against people, they lose coherence in speech, thought process and common motor activities and usually become a target of ridicule. But the neurotransmitters that are individualized to the victim and cannot be blocked give them good realization of their helplessness. This cruelty is hard to be described in words.
Many times people around the victim are asked to cooperate either by fear of NEM Weapons or illusions of money while, of course, falsely justifying the morality behind retarding the victim. The victim has enough thought process to know the reality but inability to express himself makes it easy for everyone to ridicule him/her. It is very hard for people to imagine how this cruelty affects the victim.
Many times some victims retain more control of their senses since they depend more on individualized neurotransmitters. In such situations extremely inhuman steps are taken to control the victim. Militaries of various countries are asked many times to force beverage companies to drug all bottled water and beverages in the city where victim resides so that chemicals required for success of NEM weapons could go into the body of the victim. When such actions are leaked, they tarnish the image of United States in other nations forever.

I have a question to ask our audience and welcome any and all comments.

How have you come to know THAT you are a victim of targeting?  Were you told this by someone? 

As a person on the outside looking in and BECAUSE I want to help victims obtain justice and medical care, I'd like to better understand what it is that you're going through.  Additionally, I believe that I know personally, people who are being targeted; therefore, I have a vested interest in this understanding, beyond simple curiosity. 

To be very basic and elementary, and as a cause 'n effect example, I offer you the following.  When I have a headache, I take a couple of aspirin because I know this 'medicine' is designed to provide relief from the discomfort of a headache.  So, in the same way, if you're hear voices (via skull technologies)-- HOW IS IT that you believe certain technologies are in fact the culprit? Is my question clear?

His speech makes it clear he agrees with the CIA’s response on torture. The CIA doesn’t need OLC approval for covert operations (which torture was during its early years), the implication seems clear, because the only thing needed to make covert operations legal is Presidential authorization with adequate Congressional notice. -
