Hello Douglas. I visited your link to the Temple of Atis. Who is Atis? How is your unbuilt sanctuary affilated to the temple & how did it become a charitable project? To acquire charitable status for tax purposes organizrions often must be established for decades. Are you the founder of the temple or a co-founder? Are you a visitor in Thailand or do you have residency? How long can a foreigner live there? Do you speak Thai or another dialect?
To me, the temple raises other questions for TIs. In Texas, a targeted individual has a recreational vehicle park where he rents space to other TIs with campers & exchanges needs like maintenance. Evidently, his property is isolated & its purpose is to create a safe place for TIs.

Thank you for your questions.
ATIS isn’t a who, but a what. ATIS is the chosen name of my religious belief system (I find it's similar to Mahayana Buddhism in many regards, but differs significantly in many practices and understandings, also, it has nothing to do with the Hellenistic/Roman God).
In regards to the sanctuary, I'm undertaking this project to build a protective DEW resistant sanctuary so that TI's including myself can have a good nights sleep and enjoy an atmosphere where we're not tortured. I'm uncertain what type of torture you yourself are experiencing but I've had my glands destroyed, cranium bone tissues "pop corned", acute hair loss, sexually violating sensations, pain and microwave cooking heat rays, amongst others; as such, based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs, a protective atmosphere is a must for me to survive and feel secure in this world, as it is with all of us.
As for charitable status, the intent of the statement isn't indicating Government tax status, it's indicating purpose and intent. For example, to give a beggar some food, technically needs government approval to be considered a registered charitable tax donation, but as in my intentions it means to help others without me striving for profit as the main goal of this project, if we find enough interested persons, we may also strive towards becoming a registered charity
Which may allow visitors/leasees a 12 month visa or longer. A foreigner on a retirement visa can stay for long periods of time (A Thai retirement visa will allow you to stay in Thailand for a period of 1 year (12 months), and it can be renewed annually. There are no limitations on the amount of times you can renew a Thai retirement visa as long as you continue to meet all the visa requirements.) If your not retired you can also work as a Teacher for a yearly visa, I can assist all TI’s who’re in need of assistance. Hope this helps. Either way, the intention is to help TI's who suffer from DEW attacks, in a not-for-profit manner, I want protection, money can be worried about when we all survive these violating and life-threatening attacks, they also threaten harm to my family, I cant even imagine someone treating my children in such a manner, I want to make this nonsense stop, if nothing more sot hat my children don’t need to face the same sort of torture I’m having to experience.
I'm the founder of my family based religion and I can speak basic Thai.
I want to build the sanctuary based on the charitable concept of my religion, many religions talk about good actions, my religion believes in making good happen by action. Thailand’s good in the fact that it’s cheap enough to build, in regards to cost, Africa is even better. I’m wanting to build a large enough underground structure that it’s comfortable, I imagine hydroponic plants growing on the hallway walls, as such, it should be comfortable for most.
We can work together as a community, and help one another obtain online teaching tutoring jobs digital art media and marketing, and the like in order to pay the rent, food, maintenance and other costs. I’d like to think we’d help each other out as much as possible. I can make a trailer park here as well, but the problem is it won’t offer DEW attack protection, and as such is just another accommodation in which to be tortured daily in. I’m wanting to go caving soon if I can find one with enough substrate I can give a clear indication of how much substrate is need to absorb the majority of these DEW attacks, the last cave I visited was approximately 30-40 meters of solid limestone substrate.
Foreseeable problems:
Land purchase: Foreigners can’t own Freehold land rights in Thailand. Solution: We can use religion to help us retain land rights as well as Thai connections to allow us the purchase of such land (held by a Thai person on a 60 year lease+).
Excavation Depth, the structure needs to be at minimum 100 meters below the ground (Ideally 400+ meters), and include an actively grounded Faraday system. This type of requirement means a large volume of soil must be removed. Solution: A hill can be purchased (I’ve seen some which stand approximately 30-40meters above ground level (or higher)) to reduce the depth required to be excavated.
Funds: As with any project we need to gather funding, we can work together to achieve any needed goals.
We’re in a wartime situation, they’re remotely using textbook CIA enhanced interrogation techniques on us. I think to myself, if I was a Jew in Nazi Germany during WWII, would I even think twice about building a protective structure knowing my family is targeted for being attacked? I just need a few good shovels, a pickaxe, a bucket, and a bottle of water, the torture’s motivation enough.

Does the photo of the bags & shovel represent the foundation to your sanctuary which, upon completion, will be the foundation to the Temple of Atis? I want to understand your project correctly. How long have you been in Thailand? When did you leave Canada?
I agree that this is a cyberwar but we do not know how or why TIs are chosen for this war & experiment. Since we are both Canadians & joined Peacepink separately, I assume we were tracked by the same perps as they monitored our struggles & exploited our skills to find common sense & purpose. The digital internment camp does not have a high number of members who intersect at Peacepink.
Many TIs are victims for decades & there's a process to how our attacks begin, the tactics that are applied & how we fight on. Though the crime continues to be a denied fact in many circles, it is nonetheless, a 'fact'. (Jean Guerrero's book on her relationshp with her father, Dr. Katherine Horton's work, the protest at 10 Downing Street last year, the recent pestering spammers, etc. tell our stories & our narrative continues to be written. A new war theatre is being constructed).
I'm sorry to know about your health problems. Does Thailand have a relaible health care system? Can you access it? How long have you been targeted for? The effects of DEW & age will take an inevitable toll. The perps would factor this in & record it accordingly. Our files are being archived somewhere.
Psychologically, this to destroy our 'mirror' of ourselves - keep us flat - folded - one-dimensional - (pathetic).

I forgot to mention that many foreigners come to Thailand for medical treatment, it uses modern technology and is considered first class medical care, albeit, you may have to go to more expensive hospitals for treatment. As far as dentistry goes, so far... Nothing beats a well trained Canadian dentist, at least the ones I use to visit when I lived their. But it's cheap (CAN$20-30 per filling).

Thank you for the laugh, albeit may not have been a joke. The shovel and sandbags was a construction I was building in my backyard as a means to reduce the strength of the incoming DEW attacks, I estimated that I'd have a minimum of four to eight feet of substrate to absorb incoming radiation, as such, it should’ve significantly reduce such DEW energies by itself in addition to a five millimeter thick passive grounded Faraday shield. Which can divert at least a few kilowatts of non-concentrated energy blasts
However, after seeking solid numerical data, I went caving in Thailand at the Phraya Nakhon (Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, in Thailand (https://www.architecturaldigest.com/gallery/most-beautiful-undergro...), amongst other cave systems in the area with over a hundred feet of substrate to shield me, and they still could attack me both with DEWs and Cybernetic microwave control, I realized my efforts for a four to six foot depth system was a waste of time, and stopped the project.

Except on a much smaller scale for the time being… I was also hoping to have a depth of at least one hundred meters as at this depth most rock has relative permittivity in the range about 5-10 dB/meter attenuation at low microwave frequencies. That is, the field will be down by exp(-1) (8.7dB) after half a meter. Higher energy microwaves will be able to penetrate greater distance with less loss, which is why a triple Faraday shield with an active grounding system is still needed (I hope this helps you understand the technicalities, if not I’m more than happy to explain it more).
The foundation of my temple lies in the followers heart and the determination of their mind. I think observation of the Universe and of Universal logical and knowledge gives us the path of the Temple, Universal truths to pave the way, most religions ask you to believe in the unprovable and commit acts against your will for faith in these “beliefs”, I can't imagine standing on broken eggshells and building my inner temple in this manner. As regards to a community protective temple and sanctuary for those who follow ATIS. I like many others am having my human rights defiled, informed that my whole life is “nothing” to this group of deviant men who have me tortured daily. I’ve friends in Canada who’ve a large amount of land, if I cannot build here in Thailand for whatever reason, I’ll consider going back to Canada, they’re Native Canadians and as such “own” the land. This may make the possibility of undertaking such a project within Canada, which normally would be cost prohibitive, “affordable” (but at this moment in time, I’m still concentrating my efforts on Thailand).
The Temple is an important factor in construction, as it gives us religious rights because of religious rites. If we believe we need to construct a temple underground so that we may be safe from negative Universal energies, it makes it much easier to explain that Mother Earth protects us, than it is to explain that certain element/s of the U.S. Government have decided to use us for remote microwave energy weapon and psychological experiments and are torturing us, and thus need a protective DEW resistant residence to avoid being tortured to death, even if the latter of the two statements may technically be more accurate.
We've the same organization attacking us, but our attacks are tailored, at least in part to our individual circumstances and situations. The U.S. DOD element I’m in direct contact with have confirmed that the CIA had an originating role in the security breach that is taking place, which has led to the U.S. Governments keen interest in these technologies. Because of joint cooperation initiatives between Intelligence sectors, it will seem very difficult to differentiate between the different sectors for most people, but the underlying ones at play in the TI situation is CIA/NSA. I’d also like to make note here, that the Intelligence Community staff are also being affected much more extensively than most people are aware, which is why many TI’s claim that everyone they speak with is “out-to-get-them” this is what we refer to as Cybernetic sandboxing, which is when you contain the situation by isolating the individual using Cybernetic free-roam imprisonment, in biohacking all those who interact with the target it prevents them from getting communications out and obtaining assistance, even if you do find a person who wants to help you, they can at a later time, just make the person suddenly turn against you, as part of an experiment and to make you feel extra frustration at the circumstances of the situation. This technique of using the same agents to constantly mind-link with people around you makes some TI’s feel extremely paranoid or depressed and suicidal.
I’m best described as a polymath and entrepreneur, I've lived in Thailand for the last four years, I left Canada almost eighteen years ago. I've my own Religion (The Temple of ATIS) me and my family followed it, adding to it as life gave us experience or when knowledge gave us another building block towards paving our path, I was piecing it together over many years, and making writings for my “Book of Sublimation”, the equivalent to the Christian Bible, so that others could understand the belief system not only in word but written form. I was working on this personal project, my MBA, a Vegan business start-up, amongst others matters when the attackers began conversations with me (I thought it was through my computer speakers at the time) back in 2019. Eventually, they (the CIA officers) offered to hire me to work for them, however, after finding out that they harmed my wife and children, and had admitted to using this technology to murder my Father and that they’re using it to harm my elderly Mother, and in turn had started to use it to torture me and other friends and family members, in various violating and destructive manners, with the intention of killing me through a slow act of torture they referred to as the “slow boiled frog technique”, they have indicated they've the goal of inducing cancer in my body. I declined the job “offer”.
On the same note… I know who attack us, various sections of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) (there's other factors and technically it’s not the DOD directly, as they’ve a double agent infiltration problem, John 17.17, but to keep things very simple, agents from the DOD) who work in joint efforts with local Intelligence Community elements worldwide. Like Project MKUltra, this is a psychological experiment as well as a means to control and rid them of personality types who'd fight against their agendas in the future to come. I've backtracked their organizations history down, since I know who "they" are. They also have a thing for clocks and time.
On a side note… The Peacepink member “Gretta”, knows more than I think she realizes, with a little more knowledge she’ll be able to glue it all together. Most TI’s get side-tracked from the truth with our lack of knowledge of technology and the large amount of data out there to organize through in addition to being biohacked, which literally is having counterintelligence officers, psychologists and enhanced interrogators in your head trying to mess with your attempts to understand the truth of the situation. We need to just keep it simple, the precise knowledge of the technology in play empowers us to know what we’re up against, but we lose, because we’re unwilling to lose/change what we consider “normal” life, even though our lives are no longer “normal” and almost everyone else around us cannot understand, we're the victims of Cybernetic warfare.
I've been targeted (unknowingly since childhood) I was suspicious of targeting since my early ~twenties which started as migraine headaches, and I became aware of targeting just shy of a decade ago, when I moved my arm over my head and my migraine headache stopped, and when I moved it again it started. I realized that my wife was also acting out of character, which many other TI's report as well. Wasn't until 2019 that we (me and the attackers) finally started speaking through Cybernetic channels with my attackers (albeit, one agent spoke with me in person almost five or six years ago). I agree with your comments. They want to keep us from connecting with others and destroy how we perceive ourselves.
