HI Donna (Joy)!!!, Thanks for contacting me and responding to me. NO, I have collected no money or won any lawsuits yet. Niether has Greg Gemenche, as far as I know. I just recently filed a legal Petition to Take Depostion on all heads that would be responsible for this horrible crap. It was Dismissed and the Motion for Reconsideration was Dismissed!! All illegally, as the Judge was an active and long time Colonel in the Army!! It is illegal, a conflict of Interest to take a case into your court when your a Military Officer, and guess who appointed him!!! Your evil leader no one stopped: Obama. This judge is a black Miliary arm Officer and is NOT allowed to even be a judge on case where the USA Gov. or Military is involved!!

I like Donna Summer and I like the research and publications of Dr. Donna Higbee in 1997 with Derrel Sims and Dr Roger Leir. Interesting connections between: abduction program, project monarch, COINTELPRO, cover-up, etc.
1996/97 USA:

I think you are right, and even if an implant or neural devices in body or not, it probably want show up on any xray or MRI anyway (if not targeted 15-20 years ago)because of their nanosize. Then its probably better looking for detecting any "signals", like I have heard and read that DR John Hall has done on some victims. However, when thinking about what they are capable of doing to us, manipulations with body functions, inducing dreams etc, then I always have doubts. How could that be possible without any devices in body..?/Annie
