ICATOR - International Coalition against Electronic Torture & Robotization of living beings

Dear Icator Members & Supporters

We are pleased to send you the ICATOR June Newsletter bringing you the latest updates on our association’s current running and future projects.

  1. Media and Press Work

After last year’s collaboration with the German TV ProSieben knowledge program, « Galileo » on the International Awareness Raising Day for Victims of Illegal Experimentation with Remote Influencing Technologies in Colorado Springs, we have participated in the production of a British TV program which is planned to be aired in July with large, well-established news organizations influencing a wide audience. To give you a small outlook, we have a short sneak preview of the TV broadcast in our President’s video address accompanying this Newsletter.

2. Speaking engagement with the United Nations

Having been shortlisted to give a presentation at the United Nations at a side event organized for ICATOR during their summer session, we are waiting for confirmation by the UN to organize our journey to Geneva for this event. The reason for this long-term uncertainty is that the United Nations is facing serious budgetary restrictions. It is therefore still unclear if the budget allowing the summer session to take place will be allocated.

3. Project for a clinic specialized in the care and treatment of electronic torture victims

ICATOR is planning to establish a one-stop-solution with a multidisciplinary medical team dedicated to the personal care and treatment of victims of illegal experimentation with the remote influencing technologies. Under the leadership of our President, Ms Melanie Vritschan, various meetings with several medical doctors and other health specialists have been arranged and trials and tests have been carried out. A protocol of specific medical tests and examinations we recommend our members take, has been drafted and is currently under review with the objective to be further expanded. We will regularly report on the progress of this exciting and challenging new project.

4. Termination by amicable settlement of the legal dispute with a former board member contesting his exclusion

We were able to reach an amicable agreement designed to terminate this ICATOR – internal affair as soon as possible before the summer holidays. We thank you for your patience during this time allowing us to come to this mutual, positive outcome, and to avoid any further delay in the furtherance of our organizational goals.

5. Donations and membership fees

To achieve all above-mentioned projects and honor our financial obligations to our attorney and accountant, as well as monthly operating costs allowing us to continue to serve victims’ needs worldwide, we urge you to settle your membership fee for 2025, if you have not already done so.  Please also consider supporting us with a donation.
