目期腦控有如世界流行病毒，特別是香港，上至特首，下至乞丐，都無一幸免。作為受害者的我唯有提出特高賠償金額的懲罰性索償，因為變態控機賤人有得選擇，認為賠得起至好害，而我是被動，沒有選擇。
我訂立懲罰性索償至今7年，已到天文數字，一旦索償成功，金額可同一國的儲備相比美。
基於目前香港政府三權都控制在控機賤人手中，被腦控受害者要控告控機賤人的機會率是等於零。眼看香港因腦控技術引起的國安問題，市民同時在忍受微波痛症的精神折磨下過得一天是一天。政府束手無策，只能向中國政府求救，但中央基於一國兩制，港人自治的原則，不願接納香港提前融入中國，只是帮香港加強國安保護，香港是安全了，但被腦控的市民仍在水深火熱之中。
以目前香港政府的運作，有人估計到融匯中國時，香港政府的庫存必定是負資產，即是將一個負債累累的香港交回中國。有錢人可以隨時將資產和人外移，但做為平民百姓的我們，該如何是好？身為香港市民，到時將面臨一個有如欠債回娘家的局面，很難堪也！
大家都知道腦控科技是軍用品，不能作為民用，所有民用腦控機記錄的證據都是不合法不能呈上法庭。所以身為中國人的我，當有朝一日，國家有足夠的能力對付控機賤人時，無論我是生或死，恳請國家帮我向殘害我長達十年有餘的控機賤人們索償，索償所得大部份留存香港庫房，用於香港，由中國政府監管。 與此同時，恳請中國政府答應我三個請求： 一是保護我和我家人親屬人身和財產安全：二預留小部份賠償於我，家人和親人作為生活之用： 三將罪魁禍首判處死刑。要能如願，感激不盡！
以上可作為我遺囑的一部份，當然此時此刻，除了微波痛症外，我身體健康，一切無恙，絕對有氣有力有信心繼續同腦控控機賤人抗衡到底，取得最後勝利。

As recently Hong Kong’s situation, Separation of the three powers, but all under mind control group manipulated. How can I propose lawsuit? Ever government have not abilities to protect Hong Kong, then begging China for help, but Central government based on one country two systems, a high degree of autonomy policy, only can help was set up a National Securities Dept. that means Hong Kong securities have under control, but the citizens also under electronic harassment and microwave symptoms tortured
As prediction, in the coming few years, Hong Kong government’s reserves fund will coming zero or negative number, what situation that you can image when past the possession to China. The rich men all emigrated with their own property, only the survivors with an empty government. How can we stand at Hong Kong?
As known, the mind control machines must legal owned by military, not private company. That means only military provide evidence can summit to the court. So I have a proposal to the China central government, one day, when all mind controllers under our central government’s control, whatever I am alive or dead, I earnestly request China government help me to claim the compensation against all mind controllers as well as all mind control groups, all compensation paid reserve at Hong Kong government, the main control right should belong to the China central government, I ask only three conditions, one China Central government must agree to protect my family and all relatives safety and property security; two I and my family with relatives want a small portions of compensation for living; three grand the culpable a dead sentence.
Above can be my part of will, Ha…Ha…don’t worry, I am healthy now, not matter how the harassment of microwave symptoms, I will keep my way against mind control until successful.
