1. 本週被問及有關黎智英一案，提請人大釋法一事的意見，作為一位讀法律的畢業生，個人認為英國御用大律師應該有權在香港代表被告上庭辯論，以此體現一國兩制的精神。另一方面，當一個地方的司法人員被腦控，司法制度被腦控集團全面壟斷的情況下，被告選擇外求是合情合理。只是不明白為何要提請人大釋法？香港人不是一直強調高度自治嗎？
