CORRECT DIETARY ADVICE FOR ALL AND THE WORLDWIDE PROBLEM OF SECRECY AND HOW IT WILL SOON BE CORRECTED.
There are two types of food. One type of food is addictive food such as carbohydrates and dairy which we don't need in our diet. The second type is non-addictive food such as eggs, meat, fish and chicken.
If you switch to eating only eggs, meat, fish and chicken and you can fry the eggs in some type of animal fat provided it is not butter because butter is addictive, after five days of eating only those foods you will have reached a state of food sobriety. You will have gained total control over your appetite. You will have abandoned the use of the type of unrequired foods which are also drugs. Continue eating only the non-addictive, non-drug foods for the rest of your life. You will have absolute power over your appetite so you will be easily able to reduce down to eating only two meals per day. This diet is known as a carnivore diet.
A carnivore diet is the diet which is specific to our species. We aught to abstain from eating plants. Plants are a hindrance to our health. Plants cause inflamation in all parts of our bodies and brains after many decades of eating them. If the inflamation is concentrated in your joints then you will begin to suffer as arthritis. If the inflamation which is caused by eating plants is concentrated in your alimentary canal that will then manifest as ulserative colitis or crohns disease. If the problem which is caused by eating plants is concentrated in your brain this will manifest as parkinsons disease, epilepsy, dementia or alzheimers disease. Your brain loves fat as its fuel. Fat for brain fuel comes from eating meat, eggs, fish and chicken. Your brain hates glucose as its fuel. Glucose comes from eating carbohydrates. Your brain needs a very small amount of glucose to function but it makes it own glucose in a process known as gluconeogenesis so you should not eat any carbohydrates or sugar at all whatsoever. If you eat a diet composed entirely of meat, fish, chicken, eggs and cooking fat made from some type of animal fat except for butter which is addictive then your brain will obtain the superior fuel that it needs to function and this alone will cure alzheimers disease, parkinsons disease, autism, epilepsy and all types of dementia. This diet will also cure arthritis, crohns disease, ulserative colitis and many but not all other ailments. Some ailments are caused by low grade poisons which might be caused by the use of toxic substances, toxic tap water, toxic toothpaste, toxic medications and toxic vaccinations. Further to that, other ailments can be caused poisonous electromagnetic radiation which might be caused by sleeping too close to a television or to any other type of technology while it remains on standby mode. Still other ailments can be caused by neuro weapons.
Carbohydrates are drugs. They are more strongly addictive than cocaine according to some experts. Carbohydrate addiction is a gateway to stronger addictions such as an addiction to alcohol and cocaine. Alcohol is actually made from carbohydrates so those who have an addiction to alcohol have developed it from eating carbohydrates. If you have a loved one who is an alcoholic then you must feed them a diet of only meat, fish, eggs, chicken and some type of animal fat to fry the food in but not butter because butter is addictive. Even if they continue drinking alcohol for the first month or two of eating their new diet, the readings of various chemicals in their blood stream will change radically on the new carnivore diet to such an extent that they will lose all desire for alcohol eventually. Do not tell your alcoholic loved one to change to this new diet on their own because they will be too unwell to be able to implement it on their own. You must actively help them with the cooking and the purchasing of their groceries for the first few weeks in order that they may build up their strength eventually. Dark occultists have warned us never to help family members if they are alcoholics and they accuse us of being enablers if we attempt to do so. This is an example of how extremely evil dark occultists are. You must of course help any one you can who is an alcoholic or a drug addict. Ignore all advice which comes from dark occultists who now control most if not all of the main stream media.
If we all eat a diet of only non-addictive food we will cure ourselves of so much suffering that regular hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, nursing homes, dental clinics and the pharmaceutical industry could eventually close down entirely. Furthermore, tax payers would no longer have to pay income tax in order to support any of those industries.
I am not a medical professional and I have no medical credentials whatsoever. Some but not all of those who have medical credentials are being deliberately misinformed during university education because the control of most if not all universities has fallen into the hands of dark occultists who wish to enslave us. They find it much easier to enslave a chronically ill, miseducated population rather than a well informed and vibrantly healthy population. Also, those dark occultists who own most if not all of the pharmaceutical industry would not be able to make a profit at all if those who attend medical schools and all members of the general public were given correct dietary information at all times. All recent popes, all recent American Presidents, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, King Charles of England, the leader of North Korea and most but possibly not all other world leaders belong to a secret society known as the freemasons and we are being misled by them. The Duke of Kent who was a first cousin of the late queen of England Queen Elizabeth ll is a grand master of freemasonry. Most but not all freemasons practice insider trading which is illegal. Many millions of people throughout the world are being silently and invisibly tortured by weapons which use silent and invisible energy to do so and because they have not been able to prove that they are being tortured by invisible and silent means the police misdirect them towards psychiatry and this process of covering up crime is occurring on a worldwide scale now. The police and psychiatrists have been duped into covering up this crime by means of their minds being remotely influenced by electronic mind control programming which is enabled by the communication devices and smart phones and other smart devices which most if not all of them use in the course of their work. The renowned neuroscientist and author of a book called 'The Matrix Deciphered' Dr Robert Duncan and his colleagues are developing a digital signal jamming device which when in full operation will restore the ability of the police and others to think clearly, independently and logically again. Hundreds of thousands if not millions of men and women throughout the world have reported the crime of being attacked by invisible and silent energy which is now being called Havana Syndrome to the police over the last number of decades. The victims were unable to prove this crime to the police because being attacked by invisible and silent energy is deniable by the police and it is unproveable as yet by the victims. The police have wrongly decided that these men and women who reported such a crime were mentally disordered and instead of validating and then investigating their claims the police instead mandated that the victims attend for psychiatric evaluation where many of them lost their freedom and ended up locked inside psychiatric hospitals where they were forceably detained and mandated to ingest psychiatric drugs or else have psychiatric drugs injected into them. Such drugs are brain damaging when taking over long periods of time. Most of those psychiatric drugs generate such severe side effects in the patient that taking them is akin to being tortured from the inside out. Now, hundreds of thousands if not millions of victims of Havana Syndrome have got the message that it is unsafe to report this crime to the police so they don't report it anymore. Almost everyone will all be subjected to the crime of havana syndrome soon which will lead to our eventual digital enslavement and the police have stood by and done nothing to help us. I disrespect the police to an extreme degree because not alone do they not investigate reported crimes but they block the solving of such crimes by refusing to validate our claims and by refusing to warn the public in general that such a crime is in widespread use and abuse. I myself went to the police to report the crime of being attacked with silent and invisible energy in the distant past and I was not taken seriously by the police and I was also forbidden from leaving the police station until after I attended for psychiatric evaluatrion. If I had insisted on continuing speaking the truth of me being a victim of silent and invisible energy attacks I would then have been forceably locked up inside a psychiatric hospital. I am pointing out here that the Gardai are not either qualified or paid to judge members of the public as mentally unwell. They are paid to validate the claims of members of the public who claim that a crime is being conducted against them. Instead of doing what they are paid to do from the public purse the Gardai are refusing to validate the claims of the public and then they are wrongly forcing any member of the public who they deem to be mentally unwell to attend for psychiatric evaluation. Who gave the Gardai Siochana the power to refuse to take statements from the public and instead deem many of them, up to four per night in the case of the Garda being interviewed, as being mentally unwell. I imagine it was a freemason who implemented this corrupt policy. Please have this policy cancelled forthwith.
