Oh I agree planes are being used for V2K and yes there are other versions of HARRP around the
world. It still a victory AK one is shut down. I am working on conductive absorbing materials for drywall and paints.
Grounding systems for these materials. I spotted a laser pointed at my house they were renters and they are gone. Inf red yagi type in second story house. At the time when this happened these was a lot or wreaks around

I could care less what people think anymore perps do nothing but lie. I do what I think is best. I don't think it is satellite V2k it is GPS the perps GPS map your house
and hone in on you. Keep your wifi off. I have had less and less negative feelings with out wifi. W8 can pinpoint U
with their location service. I noticed too that after a v2k session they want to confirm you got there message.
They will suggest you do something in public or just leave and go somewhere. Beware of this.

I started to major attack while i am working at the dutch harbor,ak plant and still being attacked. My perps. are speaking in korean and pretending to be working in HAARP, i know the place is closed. my question is that is anyone still in the facility? or completely empty?
