One of the best ways to keep ELF waves out of your life is to download a spectrum analyzer that may be used on your computer. They will in most instances only read up to 96 khz, but that is enough to detect any hits that you might receive in the range at which your body operates, 0-100hz. This is important because it is difficult to tell when you are being hit in this range because there is typically no vibration to tip you off. I feel that I was kept in artificial depression for years until I downloaded one of the FREE spectrum analyzers used for audio tuning that you can find in numerous places on the internet. Now, this isn't a cure all. I've still been hit causing the same reaction using frequencies outside of this range. But because I can now recognize the symptoms, such as yawning and if I sit very still I can actually feel the vibration from these higher frequencies, at least I can now keep these jackals at bay (joke books, talking with other TIs and funny movies help too). So, if you are suffering undue sadness, load up the spec analyzer and look for symptoms of yawning and the most incredible feeling of despair accompanied by vibration in your central chest. Artificial depression may be indicated when you see strong, consistent, or in some cases pulsing lines around the 7hz frequency.
We all, no matter what country we live in, are concerned about facilities like HAARP, and from what I understand, there are many countries who now have these same devices. Since they operate in this frequency range (0-100hz in our body's communication range), it behooves citizens in all countries to use these spec analyzers to monitor the presence of such frequencies in the areas in which we live. Aside from governments taking each other on with their devices, we should also be concerned that our own governments are not using them on us to control large population areas, most especially at election time.
Electrical lines in your walls will cause a reading. Here in the US it's 60 hz. Check with your power company for the frequency in your country.
