How come nobody has dared stop the criminals who are supposed to be helping the victims but are instead using them to get funds they pocket, by continually perpetuating the abuse?

To "No Name" Do you have more information about Navy & Fund... I am making a reasearch myself relate to Navy and Project(?), here in dutch harbor,ak which i am being victim while i am working. There is navy base and submarine base(?), connection with clinic in town(the only one). example; someone have appear to be having a mental issue(i have been through that process twice), they have to go to clinic to get a evaluation. This is just my opinion, i dont have any prove. I am trying to solve a puzzle, perp. are still harrassing me but it just tickling with frequency. Anyway i am not famillar with tech. or resource so if you know more about anything, i will appreciate it. thank you
