To give you a better idea of why putting space between your home and thiers is important there are websites which deal with industrial sabotage and spying which reflect the cababilities of most present day transmitters. one is called "bugssweepdotcom"They live so close by because its better to be that close as the power used by the stimulators in our bodies is lower, if the distance is increased they need to boost / amplify the transmission cababilities which puts the ti at greater risk of cellular mutation,the older the ti the more prone they might be (depending on thier personal state of health) to cellular damage and mutation. This is the very first point of contact between the stimulators and any transmitter / reciever outside of our body,s. Putting real distance between them poses and causes a major problem to the perpertrators. Just check out by asking our fellow human beings what type of property they are living in. I currently have to live in a hostel though this should change for the better in a few months time.

In answer to your question they will use this approach in any country as they will consider thier own safety first. Also mobile phone cameras where they have high video recording capacity are the most useful wonderful invention i have ever known! I can record entire journeys going in and coming back which means i dont get these freaks assaulting me when i leave the premises. Also because everyone tends to use thier phone while almost anywhere including while out its a very commonly seen behaviour to be using a phone in the public domain. Although they have cut me off / sabotaged my mobile preventing me from getting online with it. I just love mobile phones !!! :)
I am sorry to see how badly they are attacking you, generally they tend to attack younger tis harder, they dont drop the frequency of attacks until the humans they regard as tis are getting into their mid life and older years.
