Nobody can tell us who our perps are and who are not. No one knows who our perps are, whether the mastermind perps (people or organisation (gov't or non-gov't) behind the machine or technology) and the sub perps (the ones who are used, networked, solicited, or paid for to harass and harm us victims), except ourselves. Nobody knows our real exact circumstances, amongst other things, how we have become targeted individuals, the circumstances surrounding the issues, and the people or organisations (gov’t or private) that we have dealt or encountered with, and the other people that have aided, induced, or triggered harassment (whether they were used, influenced, or free willed), except ourselves based on our experiences, circumstances, and evidences (direct and circumstantial). So, it is not up to anybody to say that what or who you believe your perp(s) are, based on your experiences and evidences, are untrue, unreal, or delusional. Only we will know the facts of our case based on our experiences, circumstances surrounding the issues, and evidences. Each of us has different experiences, circumstances, background and evidences, and what happened to each or other victims does not mean it should also happen to you or to the others to make it believable, real, or true. If the other victims believe what or who is his/her perp(s) based on his/her experiences, circumstances, and evidences, that should be respected and not to be contested. If they blamed someone in their circumstances, it does not mean it is an illusion or delusion, but it is called fact of the issues, based on their experiences and evidences, which is also their right so to speak. If a person(s) say that the other persons’ beliefs who their perp(s) are are delusional, then they are also saying that their beliefs about their perps or what or who is behind in their circumstances are also delusional and not to be regarded as credible.
As to the question of Annie, “do you really think that a human being would waste his/her life and spend time 24/7 for harassing/monitoring you?” Yes, there are cases about people/human beings living together whether as partners or spouses, whereby the other partner was being harassed 24/7 by the other; family or relatives living together, whereby the other member of family was being harassed 24/7; neighbor monitoring the other neighbor by placing camera on the outside door facing the other neighbor’s house to harass/monitor them 24/7. In the case of electronic harassment, the court case won by James Walbert whereby he was electronically harassed 24/7, which included all forms of harassment. The defendant in this case was a human being who was his former business associate.

I think yr words Michael Graham are the most refreshing I´ve read in a long time and I agree and also advice all of you in here that call yr so called "perps"by name consider it over before doing so, for one as that is a monumental falling into the trap that is wanted, blaming someone in yr sourrondings and by that being considered as delusional, unfortunately that very quickly also make you lose all your credibility amongst your closest and in the long run also for the outcome of all this . I think that what M Graham says about that we all should remind ourselves on how we are all under strong manipulation cant be said too many times. I must also advice all of you that make the choice naming a person you consider being your "perp" and put it in writings in here on this site to stop doing so, due to the fact it wont only have inpact on your own situation but also on all members in here, and could also have very bad concequencies for this site and its existence for the future. From now on I will advice you to delete every post that names a private person being yr "perp". I am helping Soleilmavis (who owns, runs and pays for this site and its existence) with this site and unfortunately she´s herself very often banned out due to very hard restrictions in China. I am asking you to all try and keep this site credible and solid, so we all can remain having this as a platform for sharing and supporting eachother in this horrible situation we all are stucked in. I think that most off them are in that sense that when they are finish whit a target/victim..the will attack a new one and some off the perps attacks who'll families and several targets at one time..they are sick and very disturbed people!!...
