This is a violation of 18 USC 1920 - False statement or fraud to obtain FedTetra Tech em or the D.R.B.A emergency Security has entered Mr.Howells Home several times unlawfully and removed his evidence, the post -termination hearing decision,and also tampering with Mr.Howells documents of evidence.Tetra Tech em hasand still is tampering with Mr.Howells food supply .Endangering his children and other innocent victims who consume the food.This is a violation of18 U.S.C 1512(c)); and witness harassment to prevent the production of evidence..
