This matter has not only financially destroyed me but it is disturbed my childrens best years of there educarional life.,My oldest daughter Amanda lynn did graduate high school .She is 21years of age now. Generally the same time she graduated imediately thereafter this has deprived her of special direction, financial assistance because she has emotional, and cognitive thinking problems she is currently living with me, She cries her eyes out every single day because of this tragedy of what this has done to me and our family as a whole.My daughter Cheyenne has been devistated from this, she is a highly intelligent individual with great artistic ability, She is strait forward and is very capable of expressing herself verbally.That child has been affected by this in ways that I cannot describe,I can say she has been robbed of her birthday,christmas, her right to go to public schools,she quit school in her 12 grade last May of 2012 due to her ability to not be able to comprehend what has happened and why she has been denied her education and a normal life like everyother child deserves.Cheyenne had to move out of our home because of the circumstance and her not being able to bare what is happening, and why my former employer has casted this evil on our family,.What bothers her along with both of my other daughters is that knowing what I achieved for them against all odds, I was there hero, they were proud of me ,they depended on me to take care of them, now I am not capable of taking care of them financially or even socially.Cheyenne is 18 yrs old, she has moved back home 3 days ago attempting to graduate from an alternative school.Cheyenne also has a cognitive learning disabilityCheyenne has become complacent due to what is going on and what is being done to meJamie is my youngest daughter 16 years old, this has affected her in many negative ways similiar to Cheyenne, 2 years ago Jamie was in public school in college bound classes ,she was an athelete a star softball player with a bright perspective future for collegic softball.She has drastically lost interest in everything. her grades drclinded her interest for softball diminished, she was my baby she was special and really emulated me, as an athelete and again she knows how I achieved what we had by dedication and working hard, she has also witnessed the heinus persecution of me, she is a kid who should not be subjected to any of this, Jamie has become complacent as well she is acting out in an anger way because I am not able to provide for her, she icompletely has become on denial watching me suffer compared to what I was 3 years ago.Jamie is now attending a non .This is public school.This matter is an emergency, it has to come to an end .My due process rights are being destroyed by greed and corruption.I have no crininal history ,I have not been questioned bu law enforcement or anyone.I have tried everydingle day for two years to find a solution for what has been going on.April I found that there are records in NJ dept of homeland security about me that I have been denied access to.The records are for Domestic security, and other exemptions that are falsified and have ulterior motivesThese records without a doubt are a result of my former Employer the Delaware River and Bay Authority.These records have been used to engage in military counter terrorism against me for absolutelly no reasin at all.This is starting to take a toll on me. Emotionally Physically and mentally.I have tried to resolve this through the Federal district court of New Jersey" curently"but corrption and obstruction because of affiliations to Rutgers Ubiversity and the Government Emergency Management consultant .I have clear and convincing evidence that is why I am being obstructed .THIS MATTER MUST COME TO AN END BEFORE TRAGEDY OVERWHELMS MY FAMILY AND DISPLACES US.Everyday our problems become greater and those problems weigh down on me.I ASK TO BE CHARGED WITH A CRIME, OR TO BE CIVILY SATISFIED IMEDIATELLY, This matter is going to cause me to have to leave my family because I am disturbing there way of life.
