Does anybody know why there has not been any solid progress in recognition of technology and the crimes done to so many TI's all over the world. I don't know exactly but this technology may have gone into ordinary hacker and pirate hands at least 10 years ago and has been abused so much. Why has nobody put a stop to this, to me it seems this crap is like cell phones attached to an amateur radio broadcasting license. with millions upon millions of signals being broadcast throughout the world its hard to spot anomalies for companies because I don't think all of them would be in on it. So its being abused so much and no official resolution. This is a truly scary plague on all humanity. This needs to be recognized and stopped.

"Annie Svensson" Thank you very much for the information, I remember that perp. are saying about the system(?), "system dont care as long as give some kind of reason". I know for sure they are using some kind of system, which they might using that "words" to confuse me. Anyway they are still doing some kind of test on me, lately they are working on my fingers, not to rub my head. All the torture using frequency or ultra sonic whatever(am still not sure about the technology), not hurting anymore but it is very much harrassing me. I have feeling that they are not go away for a long time. I just want to get a solution, thanks again and i will be reading your comment again.
jung kim, glad your not frighten anymore. At first I was too, but the more I learned and the more horrific it all got, being scared is the last thing to be for being able to do activism and exposing this to the general public. And, what on earth could be more scary than what we are under, when past that "scary level", nothing can really scare us anymore. This is indeed the worst thing ever a person can be put through-unimagninable cruelness. About the technology being commercialized, it for instance in Sweden works like this, the military surveillance section actually has on their agenda (written in black & white) that this is what we do and that it will hurt and people will suffer and maybe also kill people, its actually written on their homepage, but of course it doesnt say with which weapon, technology or tools they´re using, or how they use it...and since its a military surveillance department, the dont need permission from the board of ethics when starting human experiments, like for instance the medical scientist need, they always have to have their approval from the board of ethics, so they do those things the "backway" so to say, but still they can/must take help from for example medical companies that are commercialized in the end....But their hands are thighed up for doing it themself,(due to the needing of approval from the ethical board-and thereby forced to be public and not classified,) so they work with military surveillance who dont need approvals and are also classified, so its all covered up during the experiementation phase.The local police arent aware of this, maybe on much higher grounds by just a few on the top, and even not the gevernments agency is aware when speaking about the "people on the floor".
They seem to have goals revealing there technologies to the rest of the world around 2025 (the BMI-brain-machine-interface) and its assets, what it could be used for etc. One can wonder how they are gonna explain how they got their data, probably it will be the rats again....but that really cant be believed by a totally average unaware citizeen, so when that time comes, it will in someway be public that experimenations were done in fact on humans.../Annie
I have the same question myself, in my opinion this technology is already commercialized. I am working at the small island in alaska, i have been dealing with perp. for a year and a half. I reported to local police and email to other goverment agency but no one seem to have a solution. I am lucky to found out about the all the voice i have been hearing and all the nano-trick. I am still being tortured electronically but i am Not scared like before. I wish that i can find out who they are, all i know so far they speak in korean, which i am, it's just weird that i am living in usa but torturing by my own people.
