Frequency is often talked about, but its properties are not always understood.  I hope the following will help you to understand why some countermeasures might have a chance at working, while others won't.

   The means used to carry a transmission to a receiver is a frequency (ie: radio station to radio).  Each spy bug, CB radio, and radio station use specific frequencies.  Cell phones, MW and GPS transmitters also use frequencies for transmission.

   You can identify some of the more common frequencies using a cheap frequency counter from eBay, then jam it by transmitting noise/music of your own over the top of the freq signal - without ever setting your eyes or hands on the transmitter.  Another way to block frequency from reaching you is to physically block the incoming transmission before it reaches you.

   Frequency is an electromagnetic wave which travels through the air.  This magnetic line of force varies constantly in intensity and polarity.  The operative word here is "magnetic".

   Have you ever driven under a bridge being held up by metal girders, and lost you car radio signal until you got to the other side?  The metal bridge and metal bridge supports surrounding you are actually absorbing the transmission.

   When a freq wave hits a piece of metal with "magnetic" properties (metal a magnet will stick to - so, aluminum won't work), it will grab this incoming freq (electromagnetic wave) and absorb/trap it in the metal.  This is why you don't hear the radio as you travel under that metal bridge, or for that matter, get cell reception in a store constructed using metal structural supports.

    Prior to falling asleep within 4 seconds I would hear a knock and get a buzz in my ear canal. A nuclear submarine engineer told me that the knocks were caused by the metal in the house being affected by incoming radiation. He emphasised radiation. I received these signals often and tried not to Fall asleep but it was impossible. I had no free will.
    Current sleep Signals are more sophisticated and seem to be hypnotic.

    In start perps attack they made impression, that they can follow me everywhere (Only Moscow metro was exception). Now I have found that there are some places where there are no transmission example Bengtskar island. So I believe that they are not usually using satellites - not always. I agree that there is something odd with their transmission, it is not usual frequency modulated or amplitude modulated,

    Still I believe that if I move to live in Bengtkar, they will arrange transmission there after a while.

       If satellite signals are electromagnetic in nature, they will follow the frequency rules.  If they are not, then you are dealing with something that is not frequency.

       I should also point out that for the metal to absorb ALL the frequencies, a "magnetic" metal needs to be on all four sides and overhead, and probably under as well if you are up off the ground.  Just having a metal roof overhead is not enough.  In the bridge example, you not only have the metal bridge overhead, you also are within the metal bridge supports.  So, the more metal you can put on all four sides and overhead, the less signal will get through.

       If freq is involved in your harassment, I can't see any TI traveling around in a metal box.  However, this info should help you test out different theories you come up with re your situation.  In conducting your testing, Do Not Assume.  Not everything that appears to be metal IS metal, and not all metal IS megnetic.  Take a magnet with you to make sure the metal you are assessing is magnetic.

    If what you are dealing with is a frequency, then perhaps the transmitter is on the inside of the "magnetic metal box" (subway) with you?????????????  That may still let a signal get to you, but it would be weaker, depending on how close the transmitter was????????????.   I HAVE NO CLUE? 

       I am only throwing out a scientific fact about frequency.  It is up to you to figure out HOW or IF or WHERE it fits into your harassment assessment.

    Thank you for your infomation but i don't think all the ti are being attacked by same method. I was riding subway train from seatac airport to seattle, train go through underground a few stop. I still was having v2k and physical attack, it feel like frequency getting weaker when train go through underground compare to above.

    It is very useful and thanks. Absolutely agree that we need to establish facts first, especially when talking with people who are not TIs and are unaware.
