La justice a ordonné vendredi l'internement d'un SDF délirant soupçonné d'avoir mangé le coeur et la langue d'un homme de 90 ans qu'il avait tué sauvagement à Nouilhan (65) parce que des voix le lui auraient intimé.

Car j'ai déposé plus d'une plainte, et Bureau Procureur aussitôt prise de reconnaissance de ses abus par la technologie (excluant divers '' para-psy, envoûtement..). Psychopathos...!!!!!
Effectuais également un peu d'affichage prés de 800 ville et environ (64).
Rien ne mentionne un cas d'abus de psychotech dans ce cas ... a suivre(?)

definitely, the first suspect are perps who used used V2K and probably mind control to make him do that.
I wonder if there are any information about the victim, maybe he had an enemy who was somehow linked with perps.
