Have the Irish Department of Defence got a contingency plan to protect the citizens of Ireland from foreign networks growing inside their bodies and brains which allows unknown others to physically and psychologically externally control their brains and bodies from unknown remote locations? We now have externally controllable networks growing inisde our bodies which respond to external digital signals as verified by Dr Carrie Madej who obtained her main credentials from the University of Kansas, U.S.A.
