Re: TO YOU OUR SELECTED WITNESSES - this letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Satellite, Non-lethal) Weapons.

Thank-you for contacting us concerning the targeting of individuals which we have been trying to expose since 2005.  Our research shows that the only effective method is for people to file pro se federal lawsuits to get the National Security Letter removed against them.  We offer a guide on our website under "How to File a Federal Suit;" however, this pertains to the laws in America and not other countries. So far, we have helped take nine cases to the U.S. Supreme Court (they get 10,000 requests a year and only hear 100 - none have been successful yet at getting heard), and one was taken to the International Criminal Court at the Hague in the Netherlands. They required a referral from the U.N. which we were unable to attain. We currently have a case that we hope will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court that was docketed two weeks ago (No. 15-745). Unfortunately, we will not know anything until March. If they hear it, this could be the catalyst for America to take the lead in "scrubbing" the National Security Letter list and removing the innocent people who are being targeted. Hopefully, other countries will then follow suit to try and abolish these crimes against humanity. We have learned that everything is about lawsuits against government entities - they are a public record and it forces them to respond.  Filing mass pro se lawsuits has been our strategy to try and force change in the legal system so that "justice for all" will prevail.
