It could possibly be done by a simple injection, at least nowadays. There are several articles written that this now is possible. If targeted in the earlier days, then it was of course a bit different, But I dont know. Maybe its not necessary at all. The technology seem to be out there, reading off brainwaive patterns etc. I am not sure of either, But its important people think and try to remember if having even the most simple injection or medical care before they were targted. It doesnt even have to be right before the targetting, it could be years inbetween. It could be also be done randomly. This is all speculations from me, but we really cant be sure of anything.
