However, they keep torturing. What shall we do? What can we do?
UN Committee Against Torture , Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Atlas of Torture and almost all condemn Canadian torturers. However, they keep torturing me and other... victims. What shall we do? What can we do?
In “UN Committee Against Torture ‘resolutions’ on the following issues”, I issued one question as follows:
“Will torturers stop their inhuman acts of torture after UN CAT and other international human rights organizations ask them to stop?”

In my previous letter to UN Committee Against Torture, I stated as follows:”
“The reason why they commit such crimes without considering any consequences and without restraint is that they believe that no one in the world will stop them.”

After reading the above facts, it seems that we can’t see the hope. The torturers will be at large forever. However, from one country’s reaction to International Criminal Court arrest warrant, “If International Criminal Court issues that, we will take military action.”, And, one Canadian torturer almost cried to the public after all media and some international human organizations asked him to step down,” I am human being. I can make a mistake.” These two cases have told us these or those torturers in the world are really afraid of trial and justice.
So, everything is clear now. The reason why we can’t hold torturers accountable is that some people, as hard ice, are protecting them.
