the entire world is being victimized by these weapons Tangy- but they do not realize it- they think it is their own thoughts- it is called thought projection via radio hypnotic inter cerebral control- and the cell towers all over are increasing the severe torture by these advanced weapons of non consentual human experimentation. So sorry you are a victim of this. They violate US federal laws, as well as International law and also the DoD laws- they are in severe violation of many laws- by using these weapons

Their are many more then 1200 victims in the U.S. and all over the world it has to be in the hundreds of thousands, some victims have no idea whats going on their getting sick and have no idea they are being targeted. It will get worse if the commission doesnt pass news laws or doesnt do anything about it.
