INNER HAPPINESS THROUGH MEDITATION.

Sit Comfortably. Make sure your back remains straight.
Observe what is going on inside your mind.
Let your thoughts come and go.
With your mind keep watching your breaths coming in and going out. With your mind keep watching your breaths until your thoughts calm down.
Later your breath will slow down and with it your mind will slow down.
Eventually your thoughts will disappear and your mind will become completely silent. Your mind will drown in an ocean of peace.
When there are no thoughts you will be in a state of meditation.
Our breath is the controller of our mind. We control our mind by controlling our breath.
True happiness is not in outer wealth and comfort.
True happiness is within us.
It takes much practice before you attain a state of deep meditation. You will then feel yourself separate from your mind and body. It is being claimed by those who have achieved enlightenment that the mind is just an illusion. Your mind exists as long as there are thoughts. When your thoughts vanish during meditation your mind will also vanish.
