I believe that Dorothy Burdick made perhaps the first book on mindcontrol , I have a piece on"Such things are known" and it is printed on 1982 (Vantage Press). It is nice that she is still alive. This Robert G. Malech patent is from 1974. This is perhaps time, this type of electronic harassment experiments started.
